I initially chose Agent Hybrid to represent me because of their simple and clean business/pricing model, plus their cool name. I'm so glad I did. Right from day 1 everything has been great, from the moment Ashley signed us up, right the way through to completion today. An especially big thank you to Yasemin, who not only has been a fantastic help through the process, but has regularly gone much more than an extra yard to keep everyone connected and everything moving. She has been nothing short of brilliant.
The Agent Hybrid team has made a sometimes difficult process seamless through helpful interventions when problems arose on the 'other side', and I would recommend them to anyone seeking to move. Thank you !

Agent Hybrid sold our home for us and we received excellent service from Ashley, James and Yasmin throughout the process. Their communication was exceptional . Ashley even emailed us while he was in hospital for an appointment and made sure we were kept up to date. James negotiated with our buyers gaining us a higher price than we expected and Yasmin chased everything that needed to be chased and got back to us promptly. If we ever sell again we will definitely be using Agent Hybrid again and we recommend them to everyone we know.

Agent Hybrid sold us our home. They were amazing! They provided prompt feedback throughout and I would highly recommend them to friends and family. They provided information better than our own estate agent and made us feel very special.

Recently used Agent Hybrid to purchase a property and can honestly say their service was brilliant, always kept informed if not me they kept in contact with my solicitors as I wasn't always available due to work commitments.
They were always very polite and professional in their busy. I never heard of them until I found the property I wanted to purchase and can honestly say service was better than the bigger Agency out there. Thanks again and wish everyone there the best for the future.

I would recommend Agent Hybrid. The entire process was well managed by James, from start to sale. Yasmine then follow through and assisted in closing the sale as quickly as possible.

I purchased a property via them, they were always happy to ask any questions I had and stayed in contact with throughout the process making sure I was comfortable with everything.

I was in need of a professional and reputable letting agent in Stevenage to manage four HMOs in the area. Myself and my family were looking for a new place to call home, and upon meeting Yasemin, we knew we’d finally landed.

All of our concerns were addressed, questions answered and the process was made smooth from start to finish.

The attention to details were on point, leaving no paving stone or plant pot unturned. There was even a bottle of bubbly, sweets for the kids and toiletries as a house warming gift.

We love our new home, and can’t wait to get back there!

Agent Hybrid is one of the best estate agents I have came across since 3 years I am living in the UK. They had been a great support and immense help in the challenging times helping me search a home which is very tough for an international student. The initial process from searching till you get your property is smooth and easy. I was associated with Hayley from this agency and she had been a lovely support throughout the rental period for managing our complaints, any issues or concerns. Recommended to every individual and students for finding a space.

Agent Hybrid were recommended to us through our friends who had recently sold their house through them. At first I was very skeptical about the fixed fee option as I felt they wouldn't be motivated to sell our house... and I was wrong. Sold our house on first day of viewings achieving a much higher price than thinking was actually possible with 6 offers. Communication form Yasemin from start to finish was exceptional and went above and beyond at every stage keeping us up to date. Would use again without hesitation.
