I met Ashley when I first viewed the house that I now own. He is a very pleasant chap and maintained complete professionalism and frequent contact throughout the entire transaction.

He went out of the way on several occasions to chase the onward chain and I feel in this day and age, this is quite a rarity from my own experience with other estate agents.

At the time of completion I was even having lunch in town and he came to me to give me the keys, emphasising his willing-ness to go the extra mile, literally.

We first met Ashley when he worked for his previous employer and we bought our first house 8 years ago - he was very friendly and helpful throughout this process so it was an obvious decision to approach him when it came to selling that house in 2017.

The virtual tour of our house Ashley put online gave speculative buyers a really great level of detail about our house so that actual viewings were very much potential buyers who were, in effect, at second viewing stage. Ashley was excellent at getting viewings through the door at an early stage and flexible to accommodate viewings at short notice and at awkward times. We sold our house within a few weeks despite being on top of Christmas.

Overall, I'd definitely recommend Agent Hybrid and if we were to sell our house again this is where we'd go.

This is the third time that we've moved house with Ashley (including 2 with his previous company) and as ever he did a great job of keeping us informed and making sure that everything went to plan. Ashley did a fantastic job selling our house. I found Agent Hybrid on the internet and contact was either through email or phone as I now live 2 hours away. Ashley provided a superb service at extremely good value. Quick and professional, when we move next time we will be using him again.

The “walk through” product he uses is excellent, giving buyers a vision that standard photos can’t. We had offers very quickly and achieved a sale price that exceeded our expectations.

We did our own viewings as it allowed a flexibility (for example evening viewings) that potential buyers appreciated, rather than the standard 9-5 midweek days that most people can’t do due to work.

We saved a fortune on our fixed price model and Ashley kept us continually updated on progress.
