I had great experience with agility physio and finished my physio sessions i had great recovery from my injury and uzma was professional and kind she helped me in improving my mobility I would definitely recommend agility physio

To Uzma my lovely. Thank you for the great service and amazing work. I recommend this woman to whom ever needs physio-therapy I initially came in with a stiff neck and stiff shoulders and this woman with her magic hands has healed me I can not recommend her enough 10/10 woman ❤️. Also a very good listener and shoulder to lean on.

I was very happy with the service, highly recommended.

I had 2 physio sessions per week with Uzma for 5 weeks due to neck, shoulder and back pain. My sessions were very beneficial to my recovery. I felt improvement even after the first week and a massive difference at the end of the 5 weeks. Uzma was very friendly and welcoming. She was flexible with appointment bookings and I felt very comfortable. The location was clean and warm. Excellent service and highly recommended.

I've finished 7 of my physio sessions with Uzma and I wanted to thank her for helping me to recover and for being so kind and patient in all my visits. The TENS machine helped but was left a little disappointed the infra red treatment was not working in 4 of my sessions.

My experience with Agility Physio has been very beneficial for my recovery. Uzma is a wonderful therapist with great insight and experience in a wide range of treatments and exercise regimes to assist full healing. In our conversations I noticed Uzma also has an extensive knowledge of medical terms, conditions, symptoms and diagnosis procedures.
The location in Stanmore has been convenient for me. Once the parking is explained it is easy to find and register for the duration of the appointment.

Uzma is an excellent physiotherapist. She's professional, knowledgeable, and attentive. After following her advice and attending her sessions treatment was effective at reducing pain and improving strength. I would highly recommend her and wish her every sucess in the future.

I had physiotherapy sessions with Uzma and she was very professional, kind, and knowledgeable. She explained everything clearly and made me feel comfortable throughout the sessions. I noticed real improvement and would definitely recommend her.

I had six sessions to treat a calf strain caused by poor running form for a half Marathon with high elevation.
The sessions were well structured and varied ie testing strength in different planes, massage, electric stimulation.
Progression in homework exercises via the app were easy to follow and the physio wouldn’t let me leap ahead to weighted exercises (progression from bodyweight) unless I had demonstrated I had consistently done my home exercises - this prevented Reinjury.
Location was very convenient for me and appointment management was easy too. Would use again if I get injured.
