A completely empty box was delivered, not the £300 Clippers I was expecting. No phones being answered, no current way of sorting this out. Please help as a matter of urgency
What arrived is exactly what I ordered ,a replacement latch for my attic door ladder . It arrived very quickly and I couldn't be happier.

Ordered a pressure washer Tuesday 4th March because it was a decent price but most importantly had delivery in 1-2 business days. I needed it that weekend. Called Thursday to see where it was and was promised I would definitely have it by the following Friday. I still don't have it 10 days after ordering and no idea if I ever will get it. Based on my experience there is no way I can recommend them.

Avoid
Avoid! 3 weeks to deliver. Not free as advertised. Faulty product delivered after spending 100s of euros, non responsive on emails. Scam site, shop elsewhere!

Would give no star if an option
Would give no star if an option. Terrible customer service, unreliable and awful attitude. Would not trust anything bought from Agridirect.. would pay more for decent attitude and customer service. Rudeness is not acceptable. Avoid!

I placed an online order with this company on the 27th of May and its now the 14th of June and my order still hasn't arrived. I've emailed them on several occasions and got no response. Don't know if my order has been fulfilled and passed on to a courier.

Timewasters. They sent incorrect Cooper pegler sprayer part. I immediately emailed their sales at agridirect address to tell them. No response to my 3 emails sent over the last 12 days (1 via their website).
