Our Neff oven stopped working, so we contacted AH Appliance Repairs. They promptly booked us in for diagnosis, fault found and part ordered. Booked in for fitting, oven now working without issue. Good service, good communication would highly recommend. 👍

Excellent service. Solved a simple problem with a dishwasher that the Miele engineer failed to spot and if I had agreed to his suggestion would have cost several hundred pounds. Turned out it was just over a hundred including the labour and parts. Engineer was experienced and knowledgable. So glad we didn't listen to the Miele "engineer", (mind you they charged £170 without fixing anyhing, so had to write that off, felt a bit foolish, but what can you do?)

Prompt reply to my initial contact and a suitable time was arranged for someone to come and look at my dishwasher. A part was needed and when it arrived I was contacted for a time and date to fit it. Even though I had a busy week they were able to work round me. First class service
