I had such a great experience with Josh! He was reassuring and responsive. My issue, which had been caused by an oversight by my conveyancer, was handled efficiently, and Josh made sure everything all my questions were answered promptly. He also provided timelines and carefully explained to my step by step the process of obtaining the final warranty certificate for my home.

the time it took to get certificate numerous phone calls told someone would call me back no call back the person Ronan falsey went above and beyond to sort out problems caused by another Surveyer if all of the staff acted like Ronan your company would get 5 stars

Advantage Warranty and the AHCI Structural Defects Warranty team were excellent throughout the process.

Communication was clear, prompt and professional from start to finish, and the whole team dealt with matters efficiently and with a proper sense of responsibility. In particular, Ronan managed the project very well, kept things moving, and was always helpful, knowledgeable and straightforward to deal with.

What stood out most was the team’s willingness to stay engaged, deal with issues properly and work towards the best possible outcome. That level of service makes a real difference.

I would have no hesitation in recommending Advantage Warranty and the AHCI Structural Defects Warranty team to others.

ACHI firstly changed surveyors mid job, without telling me, so I was calling and leaving messages with someone who had left the company. The new surveyor had no knowkedge of my build. Despite the final visit in January, Im still awaiting the completion certificate, Khurrum keeps telling me they have all the information, and the certificate will arrive in 2 day, 3 weeks later, he is still asking for more paperwork to he signed. If feels like they are only interested in sales and nit customer service. Ive asked put in a conplaint 3 times now, still no response. If this is how they treat customers when issuing the policy, what chance is there if you ever need to claim. Avoid this company!

I recently had a site survey completed in one of my projects in London, Chelsea’s and I couldn’t be more impressed with the entire experience. I want to thank the surveyor who inspected the project Mr Ronan F, who was very knowledgeable, and well coordinated. I’m very happy with the level of professionalism as straight after the site visit I received the report with the findings and comments. As a contractor this is what I need at the end of the day, a company and people who are professional and don’t cause any delays to the project. Highly recommend!!

We’ve been using AHCI for several years now, and they’ve provided warranties for more than 50 of our units to date. They’re always very efficient, well priced, and make the whole process straightforward. It’s been a great partnership that gives us confidence our developments are well covered.

We moved from our existing warranty provider to Advantage for our 10 year warranty a few years ago. They were incredibly reasonable in comparison and Derek, our account manager, has always been responsive and helpful as has our surveyor. I would definitely recommend using them again.
