No refund received, despite promises of such. A million copy-paste "follow-up" emails asking me to remove the review as they "have refunded me".

I will not be removing this review.

Conclusion to this mess: Anyone else notice that the 5 star reviews are all from people who did receive their refunds after they made a complaint about services? This is an unethical, fraudulent company.

Edit:

I have been promised a refund and they have requested I remove the review. I will do such once the funds reflect in my account.

Still no direct answer as to how they obtained my information - and no direct answer to my emails. They started a new thread after I posted this review.

This is a scam.
I had never heard of this company until I received an email about a "credit top up" and found charges in my bank statements from them.

I do not know how they obtained my information. I did not receive helpful service - as when I complained they just "cancelled" my subscription.

With the utmost sincerity - the owners of this company should be jailed.

I came to this site by accident. I thought it was a cheap deal from Decathlon. After reclamation I receiced an email that my (unwanted) subscriptions was cancelled.

Me han sacado 3 veces de mi cuenta dinero cuando yo no he autorizado, solicite cancelar una supuesta suscripción y ayer me llegó correo que en Julio me seguirán descontando, es estafa ya que ni me dan respuesta de mis 50 dólares debitados.

Me colaboraron con el impase presentado en un corto tiempo

Ho acquistato da un sito diverso e mi sono trovato abbonato a questo sito e non so neanche come sia successo, ora se non mi cancellate subito sono costretto a far intervenire subito la polizia postale, cancellatemi subitooo!!

Hola, tengo 3 débitos este mes, los cuales no aprobé en ningún momento. Solicito por favor se me devuelva mi dinero y se cancele el débito automático realizado a mi tarjeta.
