Why go elsewhere when AID provide such an excellent service?
We've been a customer for over 20 years now. AID have always had competitive pricing, particularly if you can wait 5 days for delivery. Their online system is easy to use and getting a quote is very straightforward. On my latest order I noticed a slight change in our address details on my order confirmation. I phoned the office and whilst it was of little consequence Emily sorted things out quickly and sent me an email updating me of the change she had made to revert the address back to the original. Delivery drivers are always pleasant and helpful too!

Will be looking elsewhere in future
I have used AID fuels for many years. This time the oil that I booked and paid in full for was just simply a right balls up! It was supposed to be delivered by Wednesday. Got a text that it was on its way. Then at 5pm an email saying it’s now coming on Thursday. Then on Thursday the exact same thing again. When I called to see if I am going to receive my delivery. No one knew why I had not received it. Neither was I offered the reduced payment amount with it being days late. I’ve not received a delivery invoice, so I don’t know how much oil was actually delivered or any communication from AID at all. For a property that is situated only 3 miles away from there depo, what an absolute joke.

Dear Mr Basra,
Thank you for your review. We’re sorry to hear that you were disappointed with your recent delivery experience. We understand how frustrating delays can be, especially when plans change at short notice.
We did face unexpected staffing issues that week, which affected some of our delivery schedules, but we appreciate that clearer communication from us would have helped, and we’re reviewing this to prevent similar issues in future.
Regarding your invoice, these should have been issued and our team will be happy to resend them immediately. Please get in touch so we can ensure everything is correct and up to date for you.
We appreciate your feedback and will use it to continue improving our service.
Kind regards,
The AID Fuels Team

Delivered next day, cheap prices. Exceptional customer service
Had an emergency clean out of my oil tank and had 0 fuel left, on the coldest weekend of the year (so far) James at Aidfuel did everything he could to get me something out next day, thankfully he delivered. Pleasant to talk to and the cheapest out of the 10 calls i made that afternoon.
