Good Experience
Generally good but this time AID did not advise the night before (as promised) when they would be delivering. As result access and tank not set up as needed. The driver did deal with this well but it was an unnecessary hiatus.

Disgusted
After coming home from hospital and having to pay nearly three time the previous price for less than half a tank, to say upset is an understatement.. disgusted. I'm afraid that's where my loyalty ends.

Hi Marie,
Thank you for your feedback. We’re very sorry to hear how upsetting this has been, especially at what sounds like a difficult time for you.
We completely understand how concerning the recent price changes have been. Heating oil prices are influenced by the global market and can change very quickly, particularly during periods of international instability. Recently, global supply disruption and conflict have caused significant increases across the industry, which unfortunately impacts all suppliers and customers alike.
We always aim to keep our pricing fair and transparent at the point of order so customers can make the decision that’s right for them.
We’re sorry to hear this has affected your experience with us, and we do appreciate you taking the time to share your feedback.
Kind regards,
The AID Fuels Team
