Good telephone service not so much on delivery
Ordering my diesel over the phone was really easy and staff very helpful and friendly.
I had a 7 day window when my diesel was being delivered. I was unavoidably working away at short notice so had told my mum when they text me I will let you know as she lives a 15 minute drive away.
Apparently they text you with enough notice.
On the day, I received a text at 12.46 to tell me they were 10km away. Immediately I was notified by my Ring camera that there was someone at the door at 12.46 !!
Obviously text me whilst outside.
Fortunately my partner had returned home from his trip otherwise we would have missed the delivery.
Don’t text when you are immediately outside telling me you are 10km away.

Hello Tracy,
Thank you for your review and for your kind comments about our team, we’re really pleased to hear the ordering process was easy and helpful.
We’re sorry for the confusion around the delivery notification. The text updates are automated and are triggered when the driver moves to the next job, which can sometimes mean the message is sent later than expected depending on signal or timing. We completely understand how this could be frustrating, especially when you’re trying to coordinate access.
Your feedback is really helpful and has been noted, as we continue to review how we communicate delivery timings. We’re glad the delivery was still able to go ahead, and we appreciate you choosing AID Fuels.
Kind regards,
The AID Fuels team
