Thank you the grid tie inverter worked perfectly and all the parts were included

Followed instructions in manual. Failed after 1 week. Due to hooking up per manual.

The 4KW 12V to 120/240 that I purchased worked as promised and was delivered on time.

My part came in a timely manner as agree..

Used the 2000W Pure Sine wave model for a hunting trip to Canada. 4,000 miles on the road including the ROUGH off roading in back country. The power supply worked perfect powering a 15cuft chest freezer in the truck bed the whole trip.

I have a full AIMS system running my house in Mexico. Aims engineers helped me select the system that fit my needs and guided me in the installation. My system has been functioning flawlessly for 6 months now.

Product works fine ...parts were delivered in good time ...help over the phone was very helpful.

I’m an ham radio operator and for HF operation AIM inverters don’t seem to be FCC Part 15 certified for noise emissions.
I called in once and left my number for a call back and never got one?
I’ve been running a Trace 4024 for 20 years 24/7 and don’t have any spurious emissions!

Items arrived as requested and work just fine.

Charger inverter switches from ac to dc when power goes out inconsistently. Called got a pain in the butt rma. No packaging offered. Then I need a proof of purchase...you have my credit card number!!!! Could u make it any more difficult?

Aims Power sells dependable, affordable quality products. I bought the 5000 watt 240v inverter to run my water well pump from a 12v battery during extended power outages.

Emailed AIMS power but no answer or very late response.

I have been buying Aims Inverter / charges for several years for small of grid solar cabins for customer and have always had great luck with them.

Received the Inverters in good condition. Currently organizing to build 2 offline solar systems at my vacation home overseas with the AIMS INVERTERS (the 12000 watts; the 2000watts 12/48Vdc/220Vac.). Stay tuned! I plan to update this further as we build and test our systems.

Every order has been handled in a timely fashion and there has been no problem with the product.

Very poor Services I purchased last year from Aims Inverter 1000 watt corporation round about $350 but when i hadbeen tried used the product it was defective i lost the money when i call them they took my call & told me sorry we cannot help u u should bring the item back to us when we can checked I told them that item out of my reach beacuse that product is back to my home.they have to help me but Unfornately they never helped me very Awful and worse services I leraned the very good lesson never purchased anything from Aims INC.very worse behaviour & Services..
plz advices new customer Do not buy any kind of item from Aims Corporation.

We love how simple the 120/240V inverter is.
It even has a 3 second "take a look" timer that checks to see if a load (like a fridge) needs power then turns itself on. (so its not running all the time)
