I’m very unhappy to be told I have to…
I’m very unhappy to be told I have to pay a 20 percent restocking fee for an exchange. If it was a return I would understand the fee but in a situation of exchange it is ludicrous. They’ve lost
a customer in me and I will be sharing this negative experience. Now I have an inappropriate item and will need to find an alternate retailer for a replacement. I won’t be shopping with AIMs industrial ever again.

Please be advised that as per our Returns and Exchange Policy, a restocking fee of up to 30% of the product value may apply. However, I want to assure you that we have taken immediate action to address your concern and were able to negotiate with our supplier on the restocking fee.

I ordered from you three weeks ago. The items has not arrived. Called up two days ago to chase it.up. Was told as a matter of urgent you company would be in contact later that day or the he next morning. Nothing not a word.
