Excellent service every time (over several years) and even when things don't quite go the way you expect (e.g. faulty items). Lovely staff, great range of models and great pricing!

I can't fault the website and it's ease of use. Very customer friendly and ordering etc was such a breeze.

Packaging...

This was purchased as a present for my little boy.
Although the contents were fine and not damaged in any way, the box however was squashed....evidently by the courier service, and where I assume they piled heavier items on top.

No fault of AMS, just a shame.
But won't stop me shopping again 😊

I don’t feel 5 stars are enough for the level of service I have received. I have been looking for a Virgin Atlantic A350 for my son’s 9th birthday as we travelled on one to and from Orlando a few weeks ago and he’s been driving me crazy for one since. After a quick google search I came upon AMS. Found the plane I was looking for a decided to make a purchase and honestly AMAZED is not the word. Everything was so easy it arrived quicker than expected and packaged really well. I could not believe the quality from the way it’s made to the way it looks but what really took me back was it was the EXACT plane we flew to Orlando on “red velvet” seeing my boys face was priceless. So much so we are on our way to a collection now as I have since ordered an A380. I contacted AMS to say how impressed I was and received a lovely email back from Jeffrey that made my day and makes you feel like a person more than just another “customer” I cannot recommend this company enough, their range and service really is second to none.

I have only recently started doing business with Aircraft Model Store (AMS). Their website is detailed and easy to use. I have placed two orders so far and on both occassions the service was quick and professional. Delivery took approx a week to my door (in South Africa), using UPS, which is very fast compaired to what I'm used to. The aircraft models were from various manufacturers and their quality and features are as expected from the manufacturers. Overall experience with AMS, from order to delivery, was outstanding!

As with my previous acquisition Jet2 B752 G-LSAI is an aircraft that I have personally flown on. It's also a reminder of JET2s last B752 to be retired. The service from AMS was again outstanding.

Excellent customer service from Jeffrey! Model arrived with a missing part, however easily sorted and a replacement arrived in days. Easy to deal with. Would highly recommend!
