Don't bother emailing this company for help. I was blown off twice with one sentence responses to important questions. Because my appliance has been discontinued, I was looking to speak to someone who could help me figure out an alternative... even if it was building something custom with filter materials.

Instead of helpfulness, I was met with a robotic response from a sales associate (Tara), not someone familiar with filters, as I had requested. The responses weren't even worded relevant to my questions, so who knows if she even read what I wrote.

When you are dealing with the safety and health of others, knowledge is important.

I had a few other filters on my list, including filters for my furnace and air purifiers for two places, but I won't be shopping here.

I needed a grease filter for my LG over the range microwave. I found the AIR FILTER FACTORY. I am glad and I did I found what I needed easily and at a fair price. Shipping was fast. Higher recommend this small business.

Pricing is fair service is great and the filters work what else do you need.

I have Duplex rental properties and was refurbishing both units in one building. They both have the same above the stove exhaust vent fan units.
They are Broan Nutone model BXT130WW.

I ordered a 2 pack of the specified grease filters, S99010467, as indicated on the unit's sticker.

When I received these from Air Filter Factory a few days later and tried to install them, I found that they were too large to fit into the vent units.

I called Air Filter Factory and spoke with Ken, the Consumer Retail manager. He explained that they had sent me the correct filter as specified on the unit label, but often the way these vent units are made, there are slight tolerances that prevent the specified filter to be installed.

Ken recommended that I use the Broan WA65F Aluminum Mesh Grease filter instead. Ken processed an exchange for me and I received the WA65F filters a few days later.

They fit perfectly into these Broan Nutone vent units.

Air Filter Factory has been great but the filters have come in through USPS damaged two times. Pictures are available. Maybe try different shipping company.

Great service, quick delivery. A great replacement filter for my Jenn Air downdraft vent. The filter is about 1/8 inch longer than the original, but I was able to smush it in place. Works great!

The filter quality, customer service, shipping process was all 5 Stars. The only reason I gave 4 was the fact of feeling the price was a little high on these filters. That being said, I’m happy that they are available. I’m a retired Teamster and live within a fairly tight budget. I plan on purchasing again when it comes time. Thank you.

It was so simple and easy. I sent an email explaining what I needed including dimensions and within 24 hours I had an email back with a link to the exact filter. 3 days later it was here.
