They didnât send the compressor I originally ordered. Then it broke and they said I would have to send it back even though this is a very large item. Also I would have to sign to say I will accept loads of charges if they say itâs not there fault

As you know the unit was what was ordered although SIP never physically put a sticker on the compressor, when a fault occurs, which does happen, we have to follow the warranty procedure from the manufacturer the disclaimer was sent to you directly from SIP and is standard from them. We always try to resolve these issues as swiftly and effectively at all times. Thank you for the feedback, very brusque.
