Avoid this company !!!
We used this 'company' at Heathrow and had a very negative experience.
When we handed over our car before the flight, there was no proper inspection, no photos taken, and no paperwork signed. This immediately raised concerns.
After an 11-hour flight, we turned our phones on and started receiving GPS notifications showing that our car was being driven around to different locations, including shops and other places that had nothing to do with parking. We contacted the company and clearly asked them not to use the car and to keep it parked until our return, but the car continued to be used.
At one point, we genuinely believed the car might have been stolen and considered contacting the police.
When we collected the car, we found:
a large pizza box with leftover food in the boot, rubbish inside the vehicle,dirty shoe marks in the interior
and damaged alloy wheels (scratched).
We had only purchased this car two weeks before our trip, and it was in perfect condition. Now we are forced to pay around £400 for repairs.
This level of service is completely unacceptable. There was no care, no professionalism, and no respect for our property.
I strongly recommend avoiding this company.

worst airport parking experience ever.
worst airport parking experience ever. Doesn't answer the phone. They don't have a fixed car park. Took 40 minutes to drop off and 95 minutes wait to collect the car. It was passed on to company called Air Link. They give a compound address but its closed and they insist on collecting the car at the airport car park.

Very bad company with very suspect parking companies attached to them.
I would NOT recommend this company to anyone. Once you booked and given your car over to someone you know nothing about they close their books on you. You cannot find your booking through their website after.

Avoid at all costs
They charge £15 per airport drop off (one way) so when that’s added to your fee you’re no better off. Also, we endured a long wait at Heathrow for the pickup to the car park. Overall a very bad experience. Do not use.

AVOID AT ALL COSTS!!! Left waiting in the car park from midnight until 04:14. No one was answering the phone, or number was not recognised. Wasn't told about the extra car parking costs. Staff were rude. Absolutely shocking.

Absolute shocking behaviour
Absolute shocking behaviour. They don't pick up the phone, you call and call and eventually when they do they just lie to your face about timing! What started as a 20 min wait turned into 1 hour 45 mins. Just disgusting attitude. Companies like these should be shut down straight away, please do not use. Just pay to park in Stansted even if it costs more it's much better than wasting your time with these losers.

Agree with other reviews
Agree with other reviews, too many hidden charges that aren’t clear until you’ve actually paid your money. When trying to cancel even though we did it within 24 hours, they still charged us a £20 admin fee. Essentially what looks like a good price is too good to be true advice to strongly avoid.

I had a very disappointing experience…
I had a very disappointing experience with the meet and greet parking service at Stansted Airport. On arrival, the driver was extremely late—by 1 hour and 30 minutes—which nearly caused me to miss my flight. Because of the delay, I was forced to pay extra £21 to drop off at the airport, when it should have been £10.
The issues didn’t end there. When I returned and went to collect my car, I was left waiting for another two hours before it was finally brought back to me. The lack of communication and organisation was incredibly frustrating.
Overall, the customer service was poor and the entire experience was stressful and unreliable. I would not recommend this service to anyone and will not be using it again.

DON’T USE THESE COWBOYS THEY WILL USE YOUR CAR AS THEIR PERSONAL TAXI!
Shocking……they disconnect your camera so you can’t see where vehicle has been…. Tell you they will be with you in 20 minutes once you call them after clearing baggage hall-LIARS!! We waited 80 minutes in the freezing cold, only to be told countless times that they were on their way….guy in the office was a gutless wonder who liked to abuse you over the phone, scumbags…..DO NOT TOUCH with a barge pole! Also used over 500 miles in our car and disconnected the camera!

they have collected my car on 19/03/26 around 5am , on the same day have tracked my my car , movements around reading and Gatwick airport, they use costumers cars to move around, i have not give theme permission to drive my car , all over the place , i have to call one off my staff to collect the car , despiste various calls they can tell her is my car ,

Don’t use this company absolutely…
Don’t use this company absolutely diabolical service and staff have no customer service skills. Tried saying we needed to wait an hour to get our car back yet we payed for the service and provided details of our arrival back. When I said this was ridiculous he stated that the flight could have been delayed and there was 7 cars in front of us. I said the flight was on time and it’s duty to be here as that’s what im paying you for. AVOID AVOID AVOID.

The worst experince ever..they charge…
The worst experince ever..they charge me the drop off ticket plus the normal booking and when i picked my car extra 14£ for 1h late..ripped off..don t book..plus my hand brake was damage..and missing stuff from from my trunk

This is a very dodgy company. AVOID
This is a very dodgy company. Trading as Smartmeetandgreet Ltd. DO NOT USE.
We booked for meet and greet and parking for one day at Stansted Airport. AFTER we booked online we had an email saying we had to pay an extra £10 for car park entrance and £10 exit fee. £20 extra to the quote.
We arrived at 5am to Orange short stay car park for handover. There was no signage to say where to meet in a packed car park. Eventually we had to ring them and they said they were at row H. Two men were standing there, they had no branding or even yellow tabards. They made us pay the entrance fee before they would take our car key. All a bit random. They clearly weren’t official P & R sanctioned by Stansted.
When we came to pick up we phoned after the plane landed. They said it will be an hour before we could have the car. When we went to where we had handed over there was nobody there. We had to ask random people if they worked for Meet and Greet. Nobody did. Eventually our car turned up. The driver handed us the key and the car park exit ticket to pay and then disappeared.
The car was covered in mud and the Dash Cam had been ripped off with the cable hanging down from the roof. They had used 1/4 of a tank of petrol and the mileage seemed higher by about 200 miles. They obviously did not want us to see what they had done with the car during the day and may have been using it for transferring drivers to whichever field they were keeping it in or, as someone suggested to me lending it to a courier mate who used it for deliveries during the day. AVOID

avoid this company
I booked Park & Ride parking but cancelled it less than an hour later because I changed my mind. Despite cancelling so quickly, £12 was deducted from the refund. On top of that, you also have to pay the £12 airport drop-off charge. With these extra costs and deductions, it doesn’t feel like good value for airport parking. I wouldn’t recommend it based on my experience. AVOID THIS COMPANY!!

What a scam these people are running
What a scam these people are running. I used airportparkingdeals. They are just a middle man skimming. Payment was made to another company called Tekono. I have given more than 72 hours notice of my cancellation and they want to take almost half of it for a cancellation fee. Absolute crooks. I wish I could really express myself in this review the good old fashion way. DO NOT USE THEM.

Unreliable and dirty
This is my experience:
1. On my way out I followed the instructions and called 25 mins before arriving at the airport, but despite numerous attempts, I could only get through once I arrived at the airport. Nobody answered the phone, they did not listen to the messages either, so I had to wait around 30 mins - I always leave sufficient time when flying so no a problem, but take it into consideration if you plan to book with them.
2. on my way back I ignored the instructions - they say to call only once baggage has been collected- and I called as soon as I landed. I got off the plane, went throuh security, collected baggage... I still waited another 30 mins.
3. Car was absolutely disgusting, full of mud everywhere out and in- you would expect them to put some protection on the inside if they park it on a muddy field, they don't. You woul expect them to get in and out carefully to avoid unnecessary mess, again, they don't, door lining was also full of mud, there was mud even in the steering wheel.
4. You have to pay extra to get in and out of the airport, but that is explained when you book.
All in all, more inconvenient than just booking a parking with a transfer, in my experience is quicker, more reliable and you park in tarmac not in a muddy field.

At Heathrow this company needs alot of Help
At Heathrow this company needs alot of polishing from customer service and communication.. Also not mentioned I had to pay £7 when collecting car from the drop off.. When actually says in their print collect car from level 4 Sand R row..
They don't answer phone Quicky and my usb cigarette charger is missing from my vehicle..
Not worth using very unprofessional company.. Should be reported..
