Avoid at all costs. I used company a couple of years ago for Heathrow parking and all ok.
However this year I booked for a holiday in May which was cancelled. So in March I asked for a refund. I have since sent about 60 emails, chat on line and called 28 times. The main number on website does not exist. The mobile number is for drivers so they can’t help .
I have had 2 replies to emails, one in March advised I would receive refund in 14days, one in June saying technical issues and to submit my bank details again and a refund would be issued in 48 hrs. Now end of July and still no refund, no replies to my continued emails and when I call put constantly on hold then cut off.
If your booking goes ahead probably ok but customer service is absolutely non existent so beware! A sham

We booked Ezybook meet and greet. Before you book this please read the following:
It’s not meet and greet. We phoned the number on the morning of the booking and they told us to drive to an area of wasteland in the middle of Luton. Parked the car and had to take a shuttle bus to the airport. Then a ten minute walk to the terminal. What a con. On arriving back to Luton to today. We phoned the number and they told us it would be 40 mins and to meet at Row D in drop off. Approximately 1.5hours after landing our car turned up after chasing the company on the number provided. The driver then asked to be dropped at the holiday in express. DO NOT BOOK THIS COMPANY. Absolutely a rubbish service for £45. I have asked for a refund and no one has replied

I am still waiting for my refund .I should get it in April.

On the quote received, it does not mention the extra £10 on dropping off and picking up the car. The cost was actually £13 and not £10. I contacted Ezy Book and they asked me to contact them upon return, which I did and then emailed them again with no reply. Please check before you book, I won't be using this company again

I have used Ezybook many times over the years and have used Lionparking before but BE AWARE use this company at your own risk. The car was delivered back by the Lionparking driver who parked up and as he was getting out of the car it ran back into a concrete post damaging the tailgate, don’t think he could drive an automatic as he must have put the car in neutral and not put the handbrake on Here starts the truly appalling story, lionparking initially took my call and asked me to send the info by email which I did, when I chased up my number and email had been blocked, if I use a different number I get through but then get blocked. Tried Ezybook and they say send the information and leave it with us but never hear anything. Fact I have a damaged car caused by Lionparking driver and no one will take responsibility, my insurance say not their problem as I released the car to a third party.

I was glad that I didn't have to wait for the transfer to airport and back. The small bus was available exactly when I arrived at the carpark.

EZY-411131 the onsite service was brilliant but the ‘customer service’ took a while kick in when I wanted to speak to someone. Once I got through to someone, Alex, he was brilliant. Sorted the issue, and called back and emailed to confirm, as he promised.

Really good. Very prompt and attentive.

Ezy to use, waiting for us to arrive, picked up within 10 mins. no probs, will use again.

Great parking for the price my car was how I left it when I collected it suggestion on the back of the slip please write down the pick up point maybe with a picture would be a lot better.

Efficient and on time. Easy communication. Good value compared to carparks at the airport. Located on an industrial estate 10 mins from the airport.

Do not ever book with them. It is a scam. If your plane is delayed they will charge you almost the full price twice or more
And if you cancel your booking well within the time permitted they charge you £15.
Also, I received a call from them when I asked for a refund. They push you as hard as they can and when you stick to the cancellation they hang up on you.
These are not professional people. They most likely not even in the UK or pretend to be.
Do not ever book with them

The website offered a good variety of park and ride airport parking options with a very competitive price compared to usual airport long stay parking. Booking was very easy. The confirmation email was very helpful with all the needed information/instruction.
I used them to book Gatwick Airport Parking Spaces Park & Ride. The service was convenient. The parking is a large yard about 15 minutes drive from the airport. Left my keys and they gave me the phone number to call on my return. They dropped me off at the airport in a good-quality minibus. On return, I called them after baggage collection, they responded immediately (I arrived at 1 am), and gave me clear instruction on where to meet them which was convenient.
The experience was very good overall.

Dropped the car off and we collected back without any problems. Would definitely use them again.

Easy booking process, quickly and efficiently. Affordable price despite the additional fee £10 for in and out from the parking . I recommend and will ude it in the future .

Excellent service provided by Parking near Gatwick Airport by AVPS, I called them 30 minutes before I arrive and a driver was ready waiting at the car park to drop me off which is about 15 minutes ride, on return again the driver Steve arrived before time and waited 30 minutes for me due to delay in my luggage. overall excellent service and very pleased!

Do not trust this company. Appalling! Was told I would receive a refund for a booking I had to cancel. Still waiting for my money back a month later and they are not even responding to emails.
