27 reservations since 2018. I have left my car at Sonesta,Radisson in Nashville and NOP Fulton Place in New Orleans. I love using this app because it not only saves you MONEY, SAFETY but you don’t have the AGGRAVATION of dealing with traffic at the airport or cruise terminals. Free Shuttle from these to airport or cruise ship and back. Radisson has limited shuttle hours. So,book according to your flight. Have never had a problem with changing or canceling a booking. It will cost you $5 if you cancel.

It's a scam!
You book at lower prices but when you come to park there aren't no free spots nor someone to help you or be responsible for it.
And they don't return your money or return messages, so just take your money and that's it.
Don't book here, choose other companies because you will loose money for them and a lot more to park elsewhere on a hurry and without a reservation.

I recently parked at the Atlanta Airport Marriott South on Best Road, and I will never park there again.

When I first arrived, I asked for a handicap parking spot. The attendant told me they didn’t have one available, but he was extremely kind and went out of his way to pick me up from my car using a golf cart. I really appreciated his professionalism and kindness.

However, when I returned, I had the complete opposite experience. The attendant working that evening was unbelievably rude. He told me there was no one available to take me to my car and that I’d have to walk up a steep hill in the dark to get to it myself. He said he couldn’t leave his post—even though another employee was standing right next to him and mentioned he was about to get off work.

I went inside to ask the hotel staff for help, but they said parking is handled by a third party and they couldn’t assist me either. Even the manager at the front desk offered no help.

For a Marriott property, this was a major disappointment—especially for guests with mobility issues. There was no concern for safety, no compassion, and no coordination between the hotel and the parking service. I will not be parking there again and would strongly caution anyone with accessibility needs to avoid this location.

Obviously 1 star is not good but customer service is even worse. Booked a reservation, arrived at the Courtyard in Knoxville just to wait for almost an hour for a shuttle that never arrived.
Called the 3rd party service and spoke to 2 different people who stated "the shuttle is complimentary and I should have called an Uber". Just as any terrible customer service would be, they have money from me and when the complete service is not provided they blame anyone else.
Bottom line, I paid for parking and shuttle service as described for an airport and hotel contracted by Airport of Miami. I had an issue and they say "We don't care".

**Updated---As customers can see, Airport Parking of Miami Inc just creates excuses by their reply for their business model. Why would anyone book parking if the website stated "must arrange Uber" or "Shuttle is only available when the hotel wants to offer it"? Hotel shuttles usually state they are available from 8am to 8pm during which most flights will take place.
Airport Parkimg of Miami needs better Customer Service!!! Just correct the situation for the customer instead of making the BAD experience worse!! Instead the employees want to argue, curse and hang up. Make the system better instead of excusing it.

I highly recommend the parking at the Sonesta Nashville Airport. Have parked there twice before (last time was in Sept. 2024) and have a reservation for next week (August 2025). Friendly desk personnel and shuttle driver (same one on two trips). Price is very fair. Shuttle runs regularly. Only downside is that the shuttle pick up area at the airport is (seemingly) a mile from baggage claim, but that's not AirportParkingInc's fault.

I paid for parking at NOLA MSY Hilton, but then got a ticket mailed to me for non-compliant parking. I am disputing this charge, but as of now I cannot recommend this as a trustworthy service.

Booked parking for January 2025. Get the receipt where ny credit card was charged but decided to cancel my trip today ( Dec 2024 ). When I go to my account and click the link to see upcoming reservations my trip does not show up! Will never use this company again! And there is no way to call them! Sucks!!

Parking was well lit and lots of it. People were very helpful. Felt safe leaving my car there. Coming back was so easy with shuttle there for me at airport and took me right to my car. Great job!

Very easy to make reservation online. Drop off and pick up from hotel to airport and back was seamless. Saved over $100 going this route instead of using airport parking on a 10 day trip.

It worked as expected, the price was right, and the pickup and delivery were great with little time lost. I will use the servicevagain

The gentleman at the entry walked us through the whole process. He was wonderful! We parked on the roof…$30 cheaper than in the garage. For our cruise, it was wonderful

Professional and courteous

Always easy to find a hotel to book for parking. Description gives you shuttle times. Great price.

This is my first time parking at this location for a cruise. We did not have to wait long for the shuttle to bring us to the port and on the way back we didn’t have to wait either to get back to the parking garage. It was very convenient and less costly than other parking garages in the area. We will definitely use this location again for future travels.
