It was easy to book and check-in the car, as well prompt lift to and from the airport.
Staff was friendly.
The only minus point is, that the staff didn't speak English or other language then Italian (my Italian is quiet poor ;-) )

The friendliness is quite ok, but the distance from the airport is 20 minutes, so the punctuality is not the best. Our experience is that upon arrival we waited over 40 minutes, and even though we were told twice that we would be there in 15 minutes... everything else is ok

Tout s'est très bien passé pour déposer la voiture, mis à part que les véhicules sont stationnés sur un terrain vague derrière une usine désaffectée, ni éclairé ni surveillé. Par contre gros stress au retour !
On appelle pour demander le passage de la navette. On nous répond oui, 1/2 heure d'attente. Une voiture arrive en nous disant que c'est "l'ami du patron" qui le remplace parce que toutes les navettes ont été saisies par les services de POLICE. Nous attendons plus d'une heure qu'il revienne nous chercher. Aucune réponse quand on essaie de le rappeler. Nous décidons finalement de prendre un UBER pour récupérer notre voiture.

On arrival back at Schiphol, I called the automated system and registered the arrival. After 20 mins I could see (on an app) that my car had not moved. I called customer service who told me they were short of drivers, and I would be collected in a minibus and taken to my car. Not acceptable when I have paid for valet parking. Also no one called me to tell me there was an issue. The bus arrived about 10 mins later and then we had to wait for some employees to come back as well. During the transfer to the parking the driver was on the phone constantly and was not concentrating properly as he was not on hands free (illegal). I wont use Central Parking again.

SCAM, run away. the are deceiving people. They say the parking is close to the airport, while it is not. It is in an unsecure, dark, dusty parking 15 minutes away from the airport. Police should be notified. RUN AWAY from them !!!

I dropped my car off at Frankfurt Airport Departures Gate B6 for Valet parking. I texted 1 hour before arrival. The employee was waiting for us. When we got back we texted upon landing and again once we had our luggage. We got to Gate B6 again and he was there waiting for us with the car. The car was in perfect condition. Our return flight was cancelled until the following day. No issues there. I just texted them and everything was fine. The parking lot was close by. I highly recommend this service. I have used similar services at Frankfurt and this one is by far the best. Employees are professional and efficient. I will use them again for certain.
