Excellent service, friendly staff, secure parking at a great price. We have used this parking 5 times last year and have booked several times for this year.

Parking made easy. Easy to book, easy on arrival, easy and quick lift to Terminal and coming home just the same.

Airport parking manchester made a smooth easy start to our holiday. Very quick transfer to the airport and fast pickup when we landed to take us to our car. There was no waiting around. We will be 100 percent using this service again for future holidays.

Great affordable parking with friendly, helpful staff. I couldn’t get through on the phone when we landed back in Mcr but I flagged the minibus down. I didn’t expect him to stop for us but he did. Top marks.

Trusted service. Always on time for pickup and drop off to airport at ANY time. Good communication. Using for the 5th time.

The parking service itself is good - we had a wait of around 30 minutes at both sides before the minibus transfer, (stood in the cold on return).
Received an email prompting a review here, in exchange for a 20% discount code "to follow", to be used on your next stay.
Never received a code, despite a number of emails and also attempted phone calls to a non- existent customer services.
Leaving this review to balance out the one I left previously, in response to their disingenous offer.
(I suspect most of these reviews were left based on this offer.)

I received an email 2 days before we were due to park/travel announcing they had renamed every car park. The car park I was using was the only one without a new name, resulting in driving around looking for it and eventually using an intercom for another car park. Then 10 days after return I received a parking charge notice from APCOA about being in a drop off zone (for 97 seconds) without paying. You had to drive past the drop off to get the entrance of the car park!!

Great service as always the staff are very helpful and when we arrive back after our holiday they are quick to pick us up from the terminal

Easy to navigate website and friendly staff at the caroark

Very efficient service. Park your car, hand over your keys and jump on their free minibus over to your terminal at Manchester Airport - a 10 minute ride. Call for pick up on return outside the terminal, collect your keys and off you go. All pretty slick. Would recommend.

They never fail to deliver great service. No fuss, no headache. Arrive, park, tell them your parking bay, keep your keys, and 'bon voyage!' This is the only place we park now. The team is polite and friendly."
