Extras fees required on arrival for car park drop offs etc!!! Sent a text from Italy confirming pick up at t2 ⊠no response yet they read it!!! Called once arrived to be told to walk in the rain to pick up 2 only, luckily to find the driver at pick up three who asked if weâd been told to look for the blue van which we hadnât he laughed and said sounds like ( colleagues name). CarPlay is nothing but a muddy pitch full of pot holes and barely any light!! Horrendous experience

This factor was not stated clearly enough, as the rest of the cancellation page suggests otherwise. So now we have payed for a service we shanât be using. First of all there is pot holes all over the place. We were told to pay an extra 12 shuttle fee when we arrived despite it saying on the advert that shuttle fees are included, then rushed into allowing them to take a photo of my banking app as proof. Anyways went to the airport fine. On the way back we rang them to come and collect us. Was told 15-20 mins. Had to ring them as after 53 minutes they turned up. Unsurprisingly we were sharing with another couple (not the service we paid for) so obviously they were making us wait so they could do 2 pick ups at once.
I will pay more in future elsewhere to avoid using this lot. If could give them minus stars I would

Parked our car in the âcar parkâ which was basically a work yard with massive potholes and mud everywhere, got asked to pay an extra £13 via cash or bank transfer for barriers which everyone had to pay so they are making double the amount but claiming itâs for barriers.
The van they drop you off in is completely filthy. Called to get picked up and was mumbled at and hung up on so had no idea what we were supposed to do or where to go, when we got picked up and dropped back my boyfriend had mentioned his bumper was cracked to which the driver said we will check the pictures and to drive round to the âreceptionâ which is a box in the middle of the scrap yard, we pulled up and immediately a different man we had never seen before came out shouting claiming he saw the car when we pulled up and it was like that - they had no pictures whatsoever and he was screaming abuse in our face calling us names and swearing at us, to be clear we approached this very calmly and even said it may have been there before we just hadnât noticed it and the driver was very friendly about it, it was who I assume the owner is that was calling us names and brought our race into it, we can only assume they had photos and realised it was their fault or had no evidence to say it wasnât their fault, the car was also left completely filthy mud was everywhere, they said they would do nothing about it. Wish we had read the reviews before!

Please take note and park somewhere else, Hunters next door is friendly, secure and cheaper.

WARNING WARNING This is the worst airport parking experience I have had in 40 years of fairly regular travelling. The park and ride car park is basically a muddy yard in an old industrial site in Cheadale with little or no security. When we got there to drop the car off the attendant asked us for £12.60 cash (£6.30 each way) so the transfer driver could pay the barrier fee to get us to the terminal drop off. When we got to the drop off car park barrier the airport parking team came onto the speaker at the barrier and told the driver he was banned from using all airport car parks because of the incident he caused two days earlier so we had to walk from the car park barrier to the terminal. On the return journey we stayed at an airport hotel for the night and asked to be picked up at 1100. Despite five phone calls to the car park they arrived a full one hour twenty minutes late to the hotel. I asked for my £12.60 back as the driver didnât pay at the barrier on the outbound journey and he picked us up at the hotel on the inbound (no barrier fee) but they refused to refund me. To top it all my car was jammed in with other cars and it took another fifteen minutes to get it out for me.

Do not be fooled by their cheap offers on Go Compare etc, this is dodgy and there are hidden charges of £13 each trip (depart and arrive) for parking fees.
They do not care about the customer. They do not offer an express service. Their drivers use their phones whilst driving. The seatbelts are ripped and not fit for purpose.
They took over 90 minutes to pick us up from the airport, we were the last to leave from our plane. Other customers were getting Ubers.

Dreadful. They cancelled on me as I was on the way to the airport. My wife then called them and rebooked, as it was so late it was our only choice and shock, the price increased. On arrival back to the airport, the transfer just drove past us and didnât collect us. We waved them and everyone on the mini bus saw us but the driver carried on. Terrible, terrible english on the phone as well, so very difficult to understand what was going on.

DO NOT PARK YOUR CAR HERE! Would have given 0 out of 5 is possible. As soon as I arrived I clicked on various parking sites to get a last minute booking, too late so had to go here. Arrived, no signage. Asked a local if this was Premium Parking, he laughed and said 'did they tell you this was a secure car park?', whilst 3 other guys were looking for the owner as he was parking peoples cars in their company parking lots. Eventually got a hold of the guy who took me into his 'office', no computer just took my keys, wrote something on a piece of paper and went on his phone for the next 20mins whilst my family waited outside in a dodgy wee parking lot which was small part car park, large part used car garage. Then needed to transfer £12.60 to get dropped at the airport. As I waited the minivan driver doing the transfer was asking an older gentleman how he could get home as he didn't want to work anymore. Put my family in the minivan, not enough seats, so my youngest was on my knee. His wheelchair and our belongings in the back with other peoples cases just put on top as a lack of boot space. Then I had to hold onto my son's wheelchair for the full journey so it didn't go through the rear window. Seatbelts were in tatters and barely usable. At least my car was there when I returned from holiday, the only credit I could give this place.

Avoid this company!! Terrible service, even worse location for your car and diabolical transporting. Tiny lot in the middle of an industrial estate where youâre expected to just dump your car and they drive it off somewhere unknown. Left standing around waiting to get to the airport and return back was even worse. Phoned to let them know we had arrived in plenty time but were still left stranded at 3am. Had to phone 8 times to try and get a response about being collected. They just hung up on you. Drivers and staff do not want to communicate with you, only take your money. Van for transportation was disgusting. Service warning light was on, no fuel in it and likely had no MOT. Absolute cowboy âserviceâ! Car details are just written on a scrap bit of paper and chucked in a sandwich bag with your key. Wish Iâd seen all other reviews before booking. Never again.

Had to stay overnight in Manchester and go back the next day to find car. Police had to be involved as this business is a massive con. Please save your time and money!

When we arrived to leave our car it was chaos but we agreed as we would miss our flight and couldnât find alternatives at short notice and we had travelled down from Scotland to leave the cars.
Arrived back at 2am to find my car key could not be located, I had to search the office first and go through EVERY KEY in the unit to eventually find mine in a carrier bag in the kitchen, keys are left in zipped food bag (see photo reg scored our) with a scrap of paper which I donât think go into any sort of order since I arrived with family members and my key was separate from theirs and they got their car back when we arrived. I spent the next hour and a bit walking about the industrial estate as it wasnât in the car park with the rest being picked up, I walked around the 3 various car parks trying to find my car with the office guy and pressing the key to try and find it in the dark, the poor guy was his first day and was left working there alone and was clueless, owner no where to be seen even though there was issues with more people having to pay taxis etc to get back from the airport to get their cars. Eventually, after speaking with police and the owner - we had to book into a hotel for the night as we never had our car to drive to Scotland and were getting nowhere -our 4 year old was very upset by this point as all we were doing was walking about a dark industrial estate looking for my âmisplacedâ car - I managed after various calls on my personal phone with âthe bossâ who never appeared to get my £65 hotel covered by being sent a bank transfer, but not the £30 uber to it at 5am - where I never slept for worry about what was going to happen the next day. Turned back up at 10.45 the next morning still no further forward, when another guy arrived he told me to hand my key back over, I said if he showed me where my car was Iâd rather go and get it myself, he then said he couldnât so I had to give my key to the office guy who jumped into a car and was driven off site (and not in the 3 sites within the industrial estate) and eventually got my car back at 11.15am today instead of 2.30am and a lot of stress and tears, luckily the hotel were very understanding under the circumstances and let us check out late once I returned with the car without an additional extra charge.
AVOID AT ALL COSTSâŠ
After doing research in various compare websites we for our holiday in July 2025 we came across Parking World ltd. The website looked profession so booked this for 2 families (4 adults and 4 children).
We arrived at the advertised location, expecting a professional facility, but were instead met with a small, overcrowded car park situated within an industrial estate. Many of the vehicles on site appeared to be for sale, further limiting space.
Upon arrival, another customer was very angry, having returned from his holiday to discover the company had misplaced his car keys the previous evening.
Pressed for time ahead of our flight, we were left with no alternative but to proceed with this service. We were instructed to leave our car keys so the vehicle could be relocated to a âsecureâ facility.
The keys, along with a piece of paper noting our return flight and registration, were placed in a sandwich bag. We were then told to transfer £12 via bank transfer to cover shuttle transport to and from the airport after already paying our initial car parking cost.
Although the shuttle was waiting outside, the vehicle was poorly maintained â several seatbelts were non-functional and rubber window seals were hanging loose.
Upon our return, we phoned ahead to confirm pickup, and fortunately the shuttle arrived within five minutes. My car was present, however, my sisterâs vehicle and keys were missing. The attendant said it was his first day and appeared very overwhelmed. We assisted him as he searched through 8 unlocked drawers full of sandwich bags containing customer keys and registration details (there were easily 200 to go through)
Meanwhile, several passengers were calling in frustration â some had not been collected from the airport and had to make their own arrangements.
Eventually, we located my sisterâs keys tucked inside a yellow shopping bag in the back room next to a shisha pipe. The vehicle itself was nowhere to be found. From 2am to 4am, we combed the industrial estate with the staff member â cars were scattered on kerbs, roadsides, and random lots â to no avail. After contacting the police,
exhausted with young children we booked a hotel nearby and returned in the morning.
Upon our second visit, another couple arrived, unable to find parking or receive shuttle service, and ultimately missed their flight.
Roughly half an hour later, the business owner arrived. Despite our request to follow him to the carâs location, he insisted we return the key and wait. It became evident the vehicle had not been kept in a secure facility, contrary to earlier assurances. Thank you to the workers in nearby establishments who allowed me to park my car while we waited and stood with us.
Fortunately, we recovered the car (10 hours after we arrived home) and commenced our journey back to Scotland â albeit hours late and thoroughly disappointed. This experience was unprofessional, unreliable, and unnecessarily stressful. STRONGLY advise others to avoid this company to ensure a smooth beginning and end to their well earned holiday.

Drop off site is on the dodgiest industrial estate thatâs constantly blocked by delivery trucks and cars parked up the kerbs both sides of the road. Took us 20mins just to drop the car off. Shambolic admin - the guy wrote my number and reg on a scrap of paper and dropped it in a pile of similar notes.
Waited another 30mins for the single crappiest minibus ever to pick us up for the 10minute run to terminal. Good job we had allowed extra time!
Feared for my poor car as they drove it off the âlotâ to an unknown location as we finally set off.
On return, took 3 calls for them to answer. Then minimal information and hung up on while asking where to go and what time to expect them.
50mins later the same minibus and stressed out driver finally arrived, tore through traffic like he had a death wish.
Only saving grace is the car appeared fine & undamaged.

I can only speak from personal experience. We Have used Toad parking 3 or 4 times now and all I can say is weâve never had a problem. Yes, upon entering the site you are confronted with large green houses and a rough road but nothing more. We were told where to leave the car and where it was on our return. The bus was more often than not waiting to take us to the airport and at most had to wait 20 mins on our return. Car has always been as we left it. Will continue to use it as nothing to really complain about.

Please do not book Toad Parking or Care Park as itâs known as on other websites. Giant potholes everywhere. Car was damaged & they didnât own up to it. Unfortunately as we did not realise until we got home the next morning (as when we collected the car it was 11:30pm & dark) they take no responsibility.
