Great Arrival Transfer, Honest Resolution to a Departure Mistake

Our arrival transfer was excellent. Even though I missed the 18-hour booking deadline, the team arranged a transfer after I contacted them by email. Communication was friendly and professional, and our driver was on time, waiting for us at the airport.

Unfortunately, our departure transfer did not go as planned because the driver mixed up AM and PM and never arrived, which caused a lot of stress on our travel day (we were 7 people and it was hard to find a taxi at 3am). However, the company took full responsibility, apologized sincerely, and processed a full refund without any hassle. Mistakes can happen, and I appreciate how professionally they handled the situation.

Thank you for such a fair and balanced review — and for your understanding on a day we genuinely let you down.

We're really glad the arrival went smoothly and that the team could still arrange your transfer even after the booking window had closed. The departure, though, is exactly what should never happen: a driver confusing AM and PM left you and your group of seven
stranded at 3am, and we're sincerely sorry for the stress that caused.

There's no excuse for it. All we could do was take full responsibility and refund you in full — but we know that doesn't give you back that morning. We've since tightened how pickup times are confirmed with our drivers so an AM/PM mix-up like this can't slip
through again.

Thank you for recognising how we handled it. If your travels bring you back, we'd be grateful for the chance to give you the smooth trip you deserve.

Avoid this company

Ethics, customer respect, and professionalism are not part of this company’s values.

I have been travelling for over 20 years, and I must say I have never had such a disappointing experience.

The service provided did not correspond to what was originally booked and paid for. The company even acknowledged that the initially expected service had not been delivered. An alternative solution was then proposed, but this was also not properly respected nor fully implemented.

Furthermore, the “meet and greet” service was not provided as advertised. The elements highlighted at the time of booking (such as a meet-and-greet with a sign, on-site assistance, Wi-Fi connection, etc.) did NOT EXIST in reality.

In addition, extra parking fees were requested on site by the driver, which had not been clearly communicated at the time of booking and is not acceptable in the context of a prepaid service.

The customer service blocks you when you file a complaint, something I have never experienced with any other company. Communication has therefore been very disappointing, as I was unable to continue the discussion after being blocked, despite having remained calm and polite throughout the process.

Legal proceedings are currently underway in Belgium as well as in Saudi Arabia, initiated by my lawyer. I will not allow this company to continue causing harm to other customers. If applicable, I remain open to any discussion regarding a collective complaint, in coordination with my lawyer.

Overall, the experience is far below expected customer service standards, and I do not recommend this company.

sehr zufrieden

Kommunikation per E-Mail lief einwandfrei, Handynummer des Fahrers wurde einen Tag vorher noch Ìbermittelt. Fahrer war sogar schon vor der vereinbarten Zeit da, es wÀre eventuell hilfreich gewesen, wenn auch er meine Handynummer gehabt hÀtte. Fahrer sehr hilfsbereit, Fahrzeug neu und sehr sauber, Fahrt ruhig, sicher und direkt an den Eingang zum Abflugsterminal. Festpreis mit Kreditkarte vorab bezahlt.

— Sie als Fahrgast haben jederzeit direkten Kontakt zum Fahrer, der
Fahrer erhÀlt jedoch keine Mobilnummer der FahrgÀste. So vermeiden
wir unerwÃŒnschte Anrufe, Marketing-Kontakte oder Druck zur
Umbuchung von Fahrerseite.

Sollte ein Fahrer einen Fahrgast doch einmal erreichen mÃŒssen (z. B.
bei FlugverspÀtung oder TreffpunktklÀrung), Ìbernimmt das unser
Dispatch-Team ÃŒber Flight-Tracking und direkt via SMS/WhatsApp —
FahrgÀste werden also nie spontan vom Fahrer angerufen.
