Terrible service. I booked a vacation to Antalya from Friday, April 17 to Friday, April 24. On April 20, I had to travel to another city because my wife’s father passed away.
I sent an email to change my ticket, but the only option they gave me was to buy a new ticket. There was no support or understanding from Airtuerk. Very disappointing service. I will never book from Airtuerk again, and i wil never recommend anybody to do that.

Llamé a esta "compañía" pensando que era la atención al cliente de Delta Airlines para comprar unos vuelos, me dijo la persona que me atendía que así era, luego resultó que no eran Delta, me mandan supuesto vuelo de american airlines con una confirmación que me dió muy mala espina y al final me cobraron varios cientos de euros más de lo que era el monto inicial.
Me atendió un tal William que por su puesto no era su nombre real.
Ya he contactado con mi banco para reclamar el pago y el próximo paso será denunciar a consumo o la policía si es necesario.

The above message was sent to me to reply with the words "I agree" before my booking will be confirmed. I declined with the statement" No I have already booked for another airline" Yet they went ahead to booked me. When I call them to cancel it I was unfairly charged a cancellation fee. There was no legal booking in the first place because I declined to accept their last message. This is absolutely exploitation because there was no booking that existed.

Beware- This company is engaged in fraud. I am puzzled by the postive reviews on here. I would highly suggest you google this company.
I called this company thinking they were american airlines. The agent lied to me saying the original flight had been canceled and that I needed to rush and book a new flight. They booked a second reservation with American and then charged a 451 fee in addition.
I found out the first flight was not canceled. This was a lie. American gave me back the money for the 2nd ticket, but now I had this additional charge of 451 charged by these people. When I attempted to contact them back I got a message that they were out of service for 30 days.
I have reported this to the police because this is fraud. Hopefully something will come of this. One thing I have learned.
When I originally gave them a standard credit card the told me through no fault of mine that the network was down and I could not use a credit card and did I have an atm debit card. I was so rushed I gave them that instead. Of course I later learn that the protection on a regular credit card vs a debit card is very different. As a consumer you have much less protection with a debit card then an atm card.
I was very busy that day when this all happened. I was dumb. But that doesn't mean a company like this has the right to lie and cheat you out of money. They performed no service in the long run and hopefully they will be put out of business due to their continued fradulant actions. Again do a google search. You will see.

Ich habe einen Flug gebucht, welcher nicht als Charterflug deklariert wurde. Diesen konnte ich aufgrund dieses Merkmals jedoch nicht nehmen. Auf eine Anfrage auf Rückerstattung der Kosten wurde mir sehr unhöflich/unfreundlich geantwortet. Nie wieder Airtuerk! Nicht zu empfehlen, unhöfliches Personal! Außerdem kann eine Antwort durchaus eine Woche oder länger dauern, was auch wiederum als ausrede genutzt werden kann, um Rückerstattungen unmöglich zu machen.
Wir wurden gerade sehr enttäuscht am Flughafen München. Wir wurden hin und hergeschickt mit unserem kleinen und dann als der Flug weg war und wir schweißgebadet, wurden wir blos doof angeredet. Wir werden uns das definitiv nicht gefallen lassen und wenn wir unser Geld nicht zurückbekommen werden wir gerichtlich vorgehen. Die letzte Aussage einer Dame am Schalter war, das ist ihr Problem obwohl der Flieger noch am Gate stand.

JetBlue changed the flight schedule for our departure flight from Jacksonville to New York to meet our international connection. JetBlue and Royal Air Maroc both notified me of the change directly and did not mention a need to re-issue the ticket. I received an e-mail from AirTkt.com asking me to confirm the time change for the flight, to which I responded. AirTkt then charged me $25 per ticket to "reissue" the confirmed tickets. The ticket was issued as a through ticket on Royal Air Maroc ticket stock, and JetBlue was perfectly prepared to honor the original ticket without re-issue. In other words, AirTkt baited me into authorizing an unnecessary re-issue with their e-mail stating that "If you will not reply to the email you may miss your flight." The email did not mention a fee involved with confirming that I was aware that the airline had changed the flight time. Finally, AirTkt completed the fraud by claiming that they needed to re-issue the tickets, but no actual re-issue was done. The ticket numbers remain exactly the same as when first issued in December. So, AirTkt charged me for something that not only was not "required", but no service was actually provided for the payment extracted. UPDATE: AirTkt kept responding to my e-mail with boilerplate pablum about their policies and nonsense word salads. This morning I was informed that they would be "making an exception" and refunding my $50. So, to prospective buyers, I say that you can, in fact, get a good deal on business class tickets from AirTkt, but remember that you are dealing with a consolidator, not a regular travel agency. Read and understand what you are buying. Buy separate travel insurance from a third party to cover the price of your non-refundable, non-changeable tickets in the event of an emergency cancellation. Realize that until you check in for your flight the airline can do nothing with your ticket, except maybe give you seat assignments. After you check in, the reverse is true. AirTkt is completely out of the picture. BUT, as this episode has demonstrated, AirTkt is a sleazy outfit that will try to game you for unearned fees on the back end. There are other reliable consolidators out there: Buy from one of them. If you buy a ticket from AirTkt, my advice is to follow up on the airline's web site to ensure that the airline has the reservation and then never communicate with AirTkt again about that reservation. Caveat Emptor, and travel on.

Entran en el call Center de KLM ofrecen vuelos, solicitan datos, piden un teléfono, llaman con insistencia, imputan impuestos por gestionar la reserva, aclaro que las reservas son gratuitas y pasadas 7 horas se anulan. Nunca hicieron las reservas en KLM, no aceptan respuestas negativas. El cargo sigue en mí tarjeta nunca reintegraron el dinero. Y nunca hicieron la reserva en KLM.
