I booked a flight for 3 months in advance. And they rescheduled our reservations, for a different date.. we went from a non stop flight to a 6 hr delay is New Jersey and was told if we did t accept this new reservation that they will âtryâ to refund our money.. NO PROMISES⊠and then they charged us an extra $30 for the reschedule.. and there is NOT. free carry on.. $35 for a carry on.. $35 for a bag check and $65 fee on top of that!. THIS COMPANY MAY BE CHEAPER IN THE TICKET PURCHASE BUT THEY ARE CROOKS⊠DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY UNLESS YOU HAVE MONEY TO GIVE AWAY AND DONT HAVE SET PLANS AT YOUR DESTINATIONâŠ.. AGAIN⊠DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY.. I WILL NEVER USE THEM AGAIN!!!!
