AirToHeat Ltd レビュー

We have just had an ASHP system installed at our house linked to underfloor heating by Air to Heat. All the way through the process, they have been excellent and have provided insight, clarity and expertise. I would have no hesitation in recommending them.

Dean and the team installed our ASHP. We are very satisfied with it. Great workmanship and communication. They have also been highly responsive to any queries. Excellent company, highly recommended.

Good straightforward communication from first contact through to heat pump service. The engineer arrived on time as arranged and did a thorough job, clearly explaining what he had checked and done. All perfect.

I can’t fault the fantastic service! We had our heat pump serviced recently, which involved a clean up and inspection of the heat pump and also the plumbing system throughout the house. The engineer was extremely polite and helpful! I wouldn’t hesitate to book them again.

Heat pump is great. There were a few issues getting it working properly due to work going on in the house and an extra pump the builders had added, but Toby came out on a Saturday at short notice and explained it all thoroughly and now it's working really well. I would recommend (and definitely get a heat pump rather than a gas boiler, you will not look back!)

Excellent service. Had our heat pump serviced and this involved inspection of the heat pump and also the wider plumbing system. The engineer was extremely helpful and was happy to answer all our questions on operation and efficiency.

A knowledgeable, friendly and competent company to deal with before, during and after our air source heat pump installation. They were able to speak with confidence about the system they were proposing and had a solution big enough where the energy companies did not. Have also used them for servicing to maintain the systems warranty.

AirtoHeat are very reliable, punctual and customer focused. Although we have had a few small problems with our heat pump, throughout the time the company have been quick to respond and their staff are absolutely charming and very good at their jobs. Our heating and water system is now working beautifully and we would never regret getting rid of our gas boiler- it was leaking anyway! Air to Heat are an excellent company and I recommend them highly!

Air to heat have been a great company to deal with before, during and after our air source heat pump installation.
The people in Air to heat have all been very good to deal with.
The property here has a complicated set up, with other companies not wanting to manage the install. The system took some fine tuning after the installation, and the after support has been well received.
I would highly recommend this company.

Air to Heat installed my Grant Heat Pump earlier this year. Would highly recommend, professional from start to finish. Knowledgeable and responsive team with good communication throughout. Price competitive. Heat pump installation went as planned and is working well. Great handover explaining all the equipment. Definitely deserving of a five-star rating.

AirToHeat recently completed a servicing of my Mitsubishi ASHP. Very happy with the experience overall. Good communication beforehand and on the day from Enzo and Toby. Would happily recommend

I had a heat pump and underfloor heating installed by the team over the past few weeks. In the run up to installation they had been extremely helpful with paperwork and helping me liaise with my freeholder about the installation. The installation itself was good and they quickly responded to my request to screed over the underfloor heating as well as laying it. They also gave a great handover and explained all the equipment and I feel reassured they will be there for any support in the future. Thanks team!

Amazing service throughout. Really happy with our heat pump installation.

AirtoHeat installed a heat pump in my home last month and the experience was outstanding. The team was professional, punctual, and efficient. They kept me informed throughout the process and ensured I understood how to operate the system. Their dedication to customer satisfaction was evident.

Overall, I am extremely pleased with AirtoHeat’s service. Their expertise and quality work make them deserving of a five-star rating. Highly recommended!
