Great product and fantastic communication

This is a Christmas present so have not opened the box to check the product however the company have assured me they will rectify the issues in the unlikely event there is a problem with the product. Reason for the 5 star rating is it was very easy to order the product. I then got a call from the company to confirm a delivery date which I thought was a really nice personal touch and not something you get these days when you order online. So well done, great customer service!

Excellent customer service, received a call from Ben after placing order to inform me when to expect delivery. All arrived as scheduled, delivered via DHL with tracking.
The Air Tumble Bars were packaged extremely well with no damage & assembly was straight forward. 2 very excited children.

Great product and great service, highly recommend. I brought the 6mx1.5m tumble mat, so well made! Grandchildren haven't been off it. I’m 67 and it took me back to my gymnastics days having a few tumbles and a back somersault 😂

I have been looking for an airtrack for my gymnastics mad daughters for quite a while now. My daughter's have had a collection of small foam filled mats they have built up over the years. But I knew as they have grown older (now 11 & 12) Their fun, potential to learn new skills and most Importantly their safety would be very limited. So I looked into Airtracks.

There is an extensive market of these available in all shapes, sizes and colours on many online shops. I first went to eBay and amazon as cost was a factor. But I also didn't want to waste money on something that was not going to last.
So i started to read reviews after reviews to see if there was any consistency and its a very mixed bag. Alot of people were talking about leaks and punctures, and problems with quality. I also went on to learn about how they are manufactured including hand gluing, materials and types of air valves used etc.

This lead me on to wanting some professional advice on where to start looking. I came across AirTumble purely by luck but the reviews were very good so i called up and spoke to Ben.

Ben was excellent I had all my questions answered and more there and then. Ben is very passionate about what he does and I could tell he was certainly experienced in the market for this equipment explaining everything in detail. Including how they are used, the differences in sizes, ways they are manufactured what size I would need for what I wanted my girls to achieve. The advice and expertise was second to none, and why I went on to choose AirTumble for a purchase.

They are more expensive than some I've seen but I think there is a saying 'You get what you pay for' in this case.

The product is super sturdy, well made, easy to use and certainly looks the part. This paired with expert advice and the manufacture guarantee and knowing there is someone to ring if i need any help would make me recommend Airtumble for anyone looking to invest in high quality products that are built to last for many years.
