connect to internet when i get to the airport,so convenient.

I had a little issue activating it at the airport. I contacted support, and they replied quickly to help resolve the problem.

I saw their discount on social media and reached out to support. They gave me a code, so I tried it when I checked out. It worked, and that was actually a nice surprise.

Could scroll social media easily during my trip, pretty smooth!

My friend and I used different plans on the trip,AirZlink just felt smoother.

I asked quite a few questions, and the support team was really patient with me. They replied quickly every time and helped me sort everything out.

I get it activated in just a few minutes after landing,that made me really happy.

Used their Europe plan on my trip,signal stayed solid and speeds were decent.

Terrible experience! Their service didn’t work properly, and the customer support was completely unhelpful. Once the eSIM is activated, they refuse any refund — even if the service doesn’t work. Totally unfair and dishonest policy. I strongly advise everyone to stay away from this company — worst post-sale support I’ve ever dealt with.
