I have been a happy user of Aiseesoft Mac Screen Recorder for over 6 years. Great software, easy to use, user friendly interface. Just as important as software performance is customer service - I asked for customer service help twice: once when I moved to my new Mac and recently when I had a question regarding making copy of the video chat. In both cases my issues were resolved within 1 day, thanks! I recommend Aiseesoft Mac Screen Recorder 100% without any hesitation. Thanks!

This is useless! I downloaded it to unlock an old phone and I can't remember the password.
First step is turn off phone.
Phone requires password to turn it off.

I had some very annoying issues with the Mac Screen Recorder, so I got in contact with the support team, and they really were able to remove this bug from the software. Now the software just works like a charm! Thank you again for your support!

I’ve been buying Aiseesoft products for many years and always get quick support from them. My most recent purchase was Aiseesoft Video Converter Ultimate for MacOS, which initially didn’t support the M4 chip as advertised, but the tech team quickly fixed it with a new version. The software works exactly as promised, and if I could give the support team 10 stars, I absolutely would.

Without question or reservation, Aiseesoft is one of the best I've experienced in terms of professionalism; communication; troubleshooting assistance; and performance results. This, unlike many of the software/app providers I've dealt with in the past. Aiseesoft's PDF Converter Ultimate is extremely user-friendly; diverse; and reliable in converting many formats. Very cost effective with a provision for multiple PC's/Laptops. A true winner!

I had a problem with the serial key after formatting my laptop but the support team was quick to respond and solved the problem very quickly. I'm very satisfied about the assistance, the communication was fast and kind. Thank you very much!

I purchased Aiseesoft Video Converter Ultimate with a lifetime license. After a clean installation of Win.11, it did not accept the registration code. I wrote to the support about my problem. After several attempts, it did not work. (support: code reset) After persistent and patient correspondence, the support managed to fix the error. It is reassuring for me that there is an infinitely patient and helpful team in the background, whom I can count on at any time if I need help. The program is excellent, stable and fast. I can only recommend them, both the program and the professional team working in the background providing technical support. Thank you for that!

software does not perform as described and has severe limitations not explained until the product has been purchased.
my purchase was completely useless and refund request outright refused.
the support staff are then very unhelpful blocking a refund request and ignoring the legal rights of the consumer

Aiseesoft Video Converter Ultimate product support service was really more than satisfactory and fast.

Initially struggled finding things on the new software, but when reaching out to support it was quick and relevant responses with pictures showing me what steps to take next that enabled me to locate what I was looking for. Quality of video and audio were great. The best part...the service was/is definitely 5 of 5 stars! And for the license to use for a lifetime, so worth the small price if you Zoom, Teams Chat, Google conference, etc....

Today I got my license activated again after a change of my system SSD to a larger one. No problems, as before in the same situation.

Not least, my used program Aiseesoft Video Converter Ultimate is easy to use and never fails, giving very good results with many desirable possibilities. This program actually complements my main video editor Vegas Pro 22. I have life-time licenses in two computers. Looking back at my good experience, I highly recommend this reliable program and its maker Aiseesoft.

It worked a treat. I was very close to leaving a negative review as after first time trying I was convinced it was a scam as it just came up with an error message saying it couldn't be reset.. what I had overlooked is that the iphone automatically turns off recovery mode after a while and as it takes a while for the process to work you must make sure it is back on recovery mode before proceeding with the final step.

Waste of time. Fast? "Anydupecleaner" doesn't even work from what I can see. It took about an hour to get to 50 percent which is pretty quick when examining multiple tb's across multiple drives. Of which step it was 50% done with though, I couldn't say, since this shows nothing of what's currently going on except a percent bar and percentage. 50% of what?? The entire process?? Or of Step 1? Is there even multiple steps in its analysis? Who knows. They certainly don't detail anything. Then in a matter of seconds it climbed to 100 percent, where it sat for hours. And hours. And hours.... you get the point. All this while it was using 7 percent of my cpu at full frequency. Then at some point the bar suddenly dropped to around 30 percent but that's just a rough guess since there's nothing displaying its current activity/ what folder or file it's examining and now there's suddenly no percent listed anymore. Am I to assume the sudden drop to 30 percent was another step of the analysis??? Would it be that hard to detail if there's more than one step somewhere on the screen or title the progress bar something like "stage 1 of 4, xx%"?? Whatever...
I wasn't going to waste more time guessing what this sloppy and poorly developed interface was even doing so I deleted the garbage. I don't have hours to waste on an app that's clearly having issues doing what it's supposed to be doing and is so poorly interfaced that you can't even see how far along it is or where it's at in its scan. Id rather use a "slower" app that I can see is doing it's work and where it's at than an app that claims to be fast but you can't even see what it's working on or guage how far along it is with any accuracy at all. Maybe it was almost done, maybe it glitched, maybe it would have taken two more weeks but since they show zero DETAILED details, and the bit they showed for a short while weren't even close to an accurate guage, I was done wasting hours upon hours with this trash and deleted it. Ill stick with the one i already had. So much for trying something that claims to be "better and faster with an excellent ui".
