I have been using Total Video Convertor more than 5 years. It was very helpful in video format conversions. Their tech support team is super helpful. Recently i had changed my PC and I was facing challenge in installing it. With support of tech team, they guided and solved it instantly. Then I was able to install and use it effectively. Thank you creating wonderful software's.

I lose access to my Aiseesoft, due reset of my Windows, the support react very quick and share with instructions and tutorial hot to register again and use my account. Very satisfied of the quick and clear service.

The Aiseesoft Studio team did all they possibly could to resolve a very complicated technical challenge with the iPhone unlocker software. With much perseverance and with the support of their tech team, it was resolved. Pleased with the service!!

I was looking for some software to transfer my music from my computer to my iphone. The former program that I had been using was more trouble than it was worth. So I found Aiseesoft Studio's FoneTrans and purchased it, but it was very slow in transferring music, so I contacted the company, and their engineers tweaked the software based upon the files that they requested, this happened several times, but it was still slow. I gave up on the software and deleted. Fast forward a few weeks and I purchased a new computer, so I tried FoneTrans again, the free one and it worked perfectly. I tried to activate it with the key, but it failed. My contact with the company was Reggy and I sent him an email in how the software was working and my problem was not the software it was my old computer. He was gracious enough to re-activate my key and the rest is history. I have never witnessed a company so committed to assisting their customers in rectify their problems or concerns. If I could give them 10 stars I would.

After purchasing the a new PC I was unable to register the Aiseesoft Blu-ray player I purchased, but thankfully the Customer Service team were quick to reset the Registration Key for me. I could not have asked for better help.

I wish I had read reviews before paying for an unlock program that does not work

Whenever I get a new Mac every couple of years, I need to have them de-register my license code so I can register on the new Mac. They are extremely quick about doing this!

There have been two times I needed to reach out to Aiseesoft for help. In less than a day both times I had a response that solved my problem. In one case they actually modified the software and sent me a personal copy that would solve my problem immediately. (It was a bug, but still to modify the software on the spot so that I could do my project was service like I've never seen!)

I really appreciate this company!

I was unable to record system sound after upgrading to a newer version of Screen Recorder. Aiseesoft suggested some fixes after reviewing my log file but none of them worked. In a few days, they sent me a new version which installed and works nicely. I'm pleased with the customer service to help resolve my problem.

I initially had a frustrating experience with Aiseesoft — the software caused unexpected data loss, and despite reaching out several times, the company was unwilling to provide a refund. Only after leaving a public review and referencing Australian Consumer Law did they respond and offer an 80% refund, which I eventually received.

I'm glad the matter was resolved, but it took weeks of back-and-forth and pressure. I urge the company to improve transparency in product messaging and speed up support resolution times

After searching for months for a user friendly software program that would put sub-titles onto video files I came across AISEESOFT. Tried the free version for a short while, loved it, then purchased the lifetime subscription to Video Converter Ultimate 6 months ago. I had one small tech issue that, after contacting their tech support, was resolved very quickly ( Nina in Tech Support was very knowledgeable and helpful ).
Very happy with this software product !!

I came across Aiseessoft and believed them in what they could do to help me transfare music to my iPhone.
The software is useless except for the most basic problems that you can find on going to You Tube tutorials.
Because I could not PROVE it was the program's fault, I was refused even a partial refund of $117.70 they now have an offer of $60 don`t fall for it.

I came across the Aiseesoft Studio software accidently on purpose and I am so glad I did. Aiessoft Studio has a lot of great features and fun to use. Additionally, the customer service is excellent and prompt when assisting with concerns and support you might have. Winnie, in support services is amazingly kind and helpful and because of that I purchased the Aeissoft Studio Lifetime subscription.
