I just want to take the time to thank Silvia, Lara for taking the time to help me find a better car coverage according to my needs and budget.I really appreciate her for really taking the time to do her research. even with a speeding ticket in my record she was able to find the coverage I was looking for, and in the end she was able to find a better rate than most of car insurances out there! Thank you so much Silvia!☺️

The agents who helped me were very good at explaing the details I needed to know and were very accommodating to my preferences in how I wanted my policies done.

I had a great experience dealing with AIS sales agents when I was looking for a new auto policy. It was quick and easy and they provided me with the best quote. I initially dealt with Matthew Barela over the phone who took my basic info to provide me with a quote and provided me the quote via email. Once I was ready to purchase the policy I called back and spoke with Lula Baker who took the remaining details needed to provide me with my final auto quote. She was friendly and took the time to get all of the information she needed in order to provide me with the best possible quote. She reassured me that she was still there when she had to put me on hold, maintained constant communication during the periods she had to confirm issues with her supervisor and even stayed on the line with me to complete taking my payment even though she had to log out for her lunch. Thank you Lula for making it easy to switch insurance!

Anna Nguyen and Javier Cano were fantastic to work with on my new insurance policy.

I had a wonderful call this morning with Ms. Lalynn Montante who let me know that for the last few months she has been consistently checking up to make sure that a claim on my account was not mis-correctly represented on my account. After finally getting through, she was able to return some credit onto my account, saving me so much money and time!! I am so grateful and deeply appreciate having such kind and dedicated people working on my car insurance.

Great Experience.My first time trading with Mercury Insurance.The price was the best I found today.The process was normal.The agent was fair. But Ms. Lula Baker was awesome. She closed the deal. She was thorough, fast, efficient, and friendly.I enjoyed having dealt with her; being such an experienced person that was clear and easy to understand.I’ve already referred other family members to check them out.

Roxana Cardenas was really helpful and friendly. I was really impressed by how she took the situation seriously and checked with other departments for a solution quickly. Everything was solved!

Cheryl from customer service is knowledgeable, friendly and extremely helpful. After numerous attempts (email & 3 voice messages) to reach the agent that took my application, with no replies, it was refreshing to speak to Cheryl. I am disappointed with the agent and will be switching brokers at renewal.

I needed to get a few business insurance policies in place last year. AIS was the easiest and most cost-efficient way to take care of the coverage we needed. Since the day I started, I have worked with several representatives, and they always provided great service. The last interaction was with Imelda Lopez who was very courteous and professional. She took care of my request very promptly and made the extra effort to confirm I received the documents I inquired about. That was another great experience with AIS and that is why I would keep them around.

Entana Chey helped me finalize my quote, and I really want to give a shout out to all the people I talked with as this took place over multiple phone calls.
I'm by no means experienced when it comes to shopping insurance, what questions to ask, and what to expect and AIS's staff really helped me understand my options, what would be considered typical coverage for some one like me, and I can not thank you enough for that.
