AJB completed our single storey extension in Spring 2025 and we are very happy with the result! Starting a building project and parting with a lot of money is a daunting prospect but Ashley reassured us every step of the way and was true to his word! The price was competitive and the quote was the same as the final bill despite the usual hurdles and changes along the way. The team at AJB (especially the two Carls!) were excellent and the sub-contractors Ashley works with are of a high standard. The guys worked from early morning to late afternoon no matter the weather (including ground work in early January snow!) which is a testament to the work ethic and determination to get the job done on time. In three words I’d say Honesty, Professionalism and Workmanship.

Great job from start to finish.
Andrew was recommended by a neighbour, we required a garage roof to be replaced. Nothing was to much trouble, a very professional team, we would certainly use again and recommend to others.

AJB Building Solutions completed a small extension to my property. I was impressed from the outset with the professional approach.
providing a comprehensive written account of how the job would be done how long it would take and the cost of the project. They were amiable, easy to communicate with and at all times attentive to detail. In fact they took on unforeseen extra foundation work without added cost. The stone cladding was added to a high standard and matched the rest of the property perfectly. AJB Building was referred to me by a neighbour who had recently had an extension built by them.
Ashley and his team subsequently completed a great job for us on a rebuild at our home. We got on well and his communication was great, keeping us informed as the build progressed. The project came in ahead of time, on cost and to a high quality. Subsequently I asked Ashley to under take another project for me, which he completed just as well.
