Artjoms responded to my request quickly with a competitive quote (being what we paid), worked around a moving completion date and kept me informed. The removal team were all friendly and worked hard to quickly clear our house on the day, and get us into the the new property - all very straight forward and would recommend!

Highly rate the service from AJM removals. Speedy response, good communication, quick quote and accurate estimate of requirements inc. no of boxes.

We used AJM Removals for our move today, from a 4-bed semi.
Artjom and Bruno came on Saturday to do the packing, and we had time on Saturday and Sunday to dismantle the bigger items (it's possible to pay for dismantling as well).
And the move was very impressive: nearly four and half trucks loaded in under 3h by a team of 5. And unloaded in about 2.5h.
All of that with great care.
We were very impressed and happy with the ease of the move (still have a lot to unpack now ;-))
A few other points:
- price was competitive vs other reputable companies
- the volume to move/number of trucks was well estimated (I was a bit doubtful at first of the "send a video by whatsapp" method) but Artjom did a better job than some others who came in person but widely underestimated (someone else estimated we would only need 2.5 trucks, while we needed nearly 4.5). I don't know what would have happened if we had gone with them! So compare volume as well as price.
- communication was easy. Artjom responds quickly and it's very straight-forward.
I'd definitely recommend.

The movers at AJM worked so quickly and efficiently. AJM were very price competitive. And most importantly, were the most friendly and polite movers we've ever used. We would definitely recommend them to anyone looking to move in Bristol. Thank you Team AJM!

Artjoms and the team have taken care of my packing and moving on three separate occasions over the last few years, and I can’t recommend them highly enough. They’re very efficient, careful, and competitively priced. If I end up moving again they’re the first people I’d call.

Very bad customer service and very rude staff. Avoid this company

Found AJM online and sent a very detailed description of the move and what will be collected over WhatsApp. They requested videos of the property which I sent and reconfirmed that several of the items in the video will not be moving please refer to the list for the detail of what is going. Got a very rude response. Instantly blocked. Several other companies quoted directly from my first message as it had all the detail required.

Replying to the comment below, blocked because you were rude, what did you expect? Sent my list of items to 5 companies, had 3 quotes back from my list. Sorry if you couldn't comprehend a simple list. very very rude in whatsapp and now in the reply on trust pilot. Avoid for terrible customer service.

Artjoms and his team were brilliant. They showed up on time and were extremely efficient throughout the whole moving process. Unpacking at our new house, there were some complications getting furniture in, but the team solved them and had us settled in our new home in a matter of hours. Highly recommend AJM Removals to anyone looking to move home with a stress free removal company. Thank you again!

If you need a moving company I would highly recommend AJM Removals of Bristol . The removal company are one of most important parts of the jigsaw and the hardest working ,Artjoms came out after first movers said they couldn't do date and they didn't seem to care ,he gave a quote which was cheaper than the first company but also took into account the access of our new property and used for Luton vans and four men . They were all hard working as we came out a 3 story building into one with a lot of steps with a lot of belongings. We were amazed at the speed taking care of our property and belongings and everyone of them were polite five stars is not enough in my opinion. ( On a side note our first company moved the people out of our new house and had to cut a tree down as they were unable to get a bigger vehicle in )

Artjom's team were excellent. We had a delay receiving the keys from the Estate agent on a Friday ( 15 h 30 pm ) . His team cracked on and completed the job no fuss. He assisted with returning a sofa that didn't fit into new property at no additional charge.

I will definitely use again for our next move ! Great quality and competitively priced.

We used Artjoms and his team for a move last week at incredibly short notice and couldn't be happier with the service they provided. They were professional, quick and took excellent care of our belongings. They did especially well considering we moved from a second floor flat with no lift and it was a very warm day!
