Ivan came to deep-clean our 3 bedroom carpets, landing & stairs along with our sofa, chair and two large rugs … and wow … what a fantastic difference. Came to clean my carpet for 2 rooms and a walkway. Did an amazing job, carpet looks clean also nice smelling chemicals leaving the flat smelling fresher than ever!

Ivan was smiling as soon as i opened the door.
I had a large stain on my carpet i really didn't think it would come out. Ivan was very honest and said that he wasn't sure that it could be removed.
I asked him to try ...and it's come out, Ivan freshened up the rest of the carpet and it looks like new.

Ivan has been round today to do our hall, stairs, landing and 2 bedrooms. Right from the first interaction this has been a 5 star experience. He's set realistic expectations and bought our 1 year old carpets back to looking like new. Cannot praise his customer service enough, not to mention the very fair price quoted.
