The functional/technical employees are amazing here. However, it is a verbal shell game that turns into… talking to all the different “groups” and managers to get an issue fixed, from their sold products and services. You get passed around from manager to manager (4 my current issue with new installed system) discovering they lie to each other and most of all… to you their customer. I WISH I read their reviews and saw the bad ratings. Their great technicians always have complaints about the company and their management system too. I should have entrusted a different company. Something “fiat” is going on with them and it’s obvious the COO is running that corporation into the ground.

I would give 0 stars if I could. The service person was very rude. I explained the issue and when I described the problem in detail he replied"Well, that sucks" He then warned me that He MIGHT have the part in the car. My husband had said the part was very common ( an igniter). He spent at least 1/2 hour in his van. Ostensibly, looking for this part, but when he came in he stunk of cigarette smoke and breathe mints. This service call should have taken NO MORE than 30 minutes. He stalled and when he left he sat in his van for another 20 minutes so he could return at 5pm to the office. and charge more for the service call. I am outraged at the bill for such a minor call. $495. You should all be ashamed . I know that the call came in on Wednesday before Thanksgiving but there is no reason for such a ridiculous bill

AJ Perri refused to honor their 10 year warranty on a technicality and then refused to return my call as they said they would.

THE WORST COMPANY TO DO ANY TYPE OF BUSINESS WITH. DO NOT TRUST THIS COMPANY. UNRELIABLE AND UNTRUSTWORTHY. BOTTOM LINE IS ALL THEY CARE ABOUT. BAD BUSINESS TURN AROUND AND GO WITH SOME ONE REPUTABLE.

AJ Perri came out to hoboken for an estimate of a leaking tub spout. they ordered the part(s) and set-up the second appointment - we were relying on them because we had invested time in the appointment and they asserted they could perform the work. On two separate occasions (day of or day before appointment) they called to say could not make the appointment because of other higher priority jobs. the day of the job (the third time) they leave a message saying they do not perform work in cities where they have to pay for parking. in actuality, they were too lazy to find a parking spot and used this an excuse to back out of the job after 2 weeks of jerking us around. They had already been to the house once before to do the estimate so obviously they do business in the city of Hoboken. An extremely unethical and unreliable company.
