My experience was a bit of a shambles. I received a faulty item, messages CS to arrange a return for a replacement. Was offered 20% to keep which was a bit of an insult given the defect. No clear instruction on how to use the QR code to return, it wasn’t explained I would receive the QR after I registered the return so I ended up paying for it myself in the post office. Returned the item back, contacted CS again informing them the item has been signed for and could I have a replacement. Was informed it would take 5 days as there was a back log but a note has been put on the order. The next day received an email that I have been refunded - and charged £1.99 for the return. Had to contact them again to remove the charge. Couldn’t be bothered asking for a replacement and just accepted the refund. Only positive is the CS reply quite quickly.

Really poor quality sandals for the price. Cheap plastic chinese product. Will not buy from again or recommend.

Absolutely appalling service from this company.ordered boots for a 2nd time. 2nd time they mysteriously get lost in transit and are now for a 2nd time are out of stock 😡😡
Again no correspondence from the company until I enquired majorly let down again by this shoddy company.
Won’t be using them ever again

RUCTION Chunky Caged Gladiator Sandals in black. Ordered last Thursday 11th April and has arrived today Saturday 13th. They are amazing and fit so well also mega quick delivery. Will definitely be ordering again

Ordered for next day about 15 mins later had an email saying they had been shipped and by 12pm today they were here!! Gorgeous gorgeous boots exactly like the picture fit perfectly so happy will be ordering again

Ordered black leather sandals and received boots instead with the correct invoice inside the box. This was very devastating as ordered for holiday. Customer service said I need to return incorrect item and only then they can send the correct one. This would not get in time for a holiday. Although the company confirmed human error, they did not take any ownership or resolving the issue and sending me correct item taking into consideration my timing circumstances. Not a reliable company which sends boots instead of sandals and customer service which doesn’t care about customers but money. Will never order again as really upset about the holiday situation. In other circumstances I would be a lot more understanding and would wait which I have repeatedly explained to Ajvoyage.

I ordered a few pairs of boots just before Christmas and I found their customer service really efficient and had no problems returning the boots I chose not to keep (different styles ordered to compare).

If you’re in any doubt….go for it.

Worst company. Ordered a size 4 boot, received a size 7. Sent them back for an exchange on the 06/12 and still haven’t received back and we’re now the 18/12
with no communication. Would never use this site again

The only place I’ll go for my boots and sandals, I absolutely love the brand. I’ve only had one pair out of 7 fail on me which I think are pretty good odds. Over the years the price has gone up but if the quality is there then I don’t mind spending the extra money.

I’ve bought a number of shoes/boots from here and will continue to do so. Delivery is quick and in good condition and the quality is fantastic! I just love their style!

I already ordered 2x from their variety of boots they sell, its a good price for what you receive. They wont last forever but they are very stylish and good deal for the price asked. Plus i really love their design. Also delivery is always quick
