Great prices and products. I was able to order two items to the UK that were completely sold out here.
Items were shipped swiftly and packaged well.
Will definitely be using AK-Interactive again.

Terrible customer service. Sent package, was left for a month with missing documentation. Ignores my customer service emails, and refuses to actually help me. Its a long story, but I will never, ever shop from them again. I completely understand why my local hobby stores avoid them, and buy from third parties.

I contacted them as I purchased a MENG model and the colours were MENG colours which were actually made by AK. Since they made them I sought advice on matches in the AK range as the MENG ones are not available.

The response "The paints listed in the kit instructions are only guidelines and can be replaced with similar, close or comparable colours"

Whoever responded clearly does not understand that real model makers want to fully replicate models with true colours where ever possible.

As I told them I will not waste my money on AK and use Humbrol, Revell, Tamiya etc instead as these will be "just as near enough"

Buena calidad sin precios desorbitados, envíos rápidos y bien protegidos. He hecho dos pedidos, en uno hice una reclamación y me contestaron rápidamente, no tardaron ni un día. Tienen algunas maquetas a buen precio y mucha variedad de productos.

Almost all there paints are garbage! The metal paints like Gunmetal are sorta worth it at $2 but all there other paints such as Intense Red / Scarlet are complete trash and should not be sold, i wish i kept my receipts. Army Painter pure red is 100x better than any of the crappy red AK-Interactive sells.

Los correos de reclamaciones no están atendidos por nadie. Y te lo reconocen por escrito. Productos uno bueno y otro nefasto.

Just used the afv ral6003 in my airbrush and its sludge. I had to empty it after it clogged my airbrush and use an airbrush cleaner and then strip the airbrush completely to clear it all.
It’s advertised as airbrush friendly but it’s far from it. Stay away from this it’s not worth the hassle.

Todo es cordialidad diligencia etc mientras compras y no tengas problemas pero como tengas que reclamar algo o devolver algo lo llevas claro aunque este sin abrir si te piden el número telefónico es para que cuando les salga dar orden de no descolgarlo por lo visto no soy el único cosa que en Ammo Jamás me han puesto ninguna traba al revés

AK interactive have some of the best enamel effects I have ever used, some of the issues with the changes with the formulation of streaking grime have made things difficult when matching tones across a larger collection of wargaming minis, but overall an excellent product at a great price!

In breve, il 02/10/2021 mi iscrivo al sito e faccio un ordine, 3 boccette di vetro contenenti colla per plastica da 40 ml, una colla cianoacrilato e n.2 tubetti di stucco.
Il 05/10/2021 mi avvisano che il pacchetto è stato inviato tramite corriere TNT, il 08/10/2021 la scatola arriva integra, apro e vengo investito da un odore pungente di colla, si era letteralmente frantumata una boccetta di vetro impiastrando tutto il contenuto della confezione. Prima cosa contatto TNT per ben 4 volte perché quando inizio a descrivere l'accaduto cade la comunicazione ?? La quarta volta qualcuno si degna di rispondermi comunicandomi che loro risarciscono in base al peso e che se era il caso mi avrebbero risarcito massimo 0,5 centesimi !!! Ma che comunque non si assumevano responsabilità e di rivalersi sul venditore!!! Contatto AK inviando le foto del danno e facendo rilevare quanto poco siano professionali poiché trattandosi di boccette di vetro l'imballaggio era a dir poco ridicolo. Prima che mi dessero qualsivoglia risposta ho rinunciato a risarcimenti sostituzione prodotto o sconti su futuri acquisti. Ho chiesto di cancellare il mio account poiché non avrei più acquistato da loro.

Llevo dos pedidos con ellos y ningún problema. Precios aceptables, gran variedad, envío adecuado y barato, 5€ en España (vivo en Madrid). Muy recomendables

Unfortunately I can no longer support using Ak Interactive products after they decided to use actual footage of atrocities to advertise their upcoming book ‘Condemnation’. That said book gives advice on modelling things such as gas chambers is also reprehensible.

Good prices, good products (basing paints) and fast delivery from Spain to Denmark (that suprised me).

Great products and value.
The best site there is to find the best products for modelling. You always get a little something extra with your order, like a black paint from their range or something else. The value of a lot of the products is what amazed me the most. Their ground covers cost almost the same as the GW products but is 250 ml instead of 24 ml for almost the same price.
Can only recommend.

Products are great. But they need to sort out the warehouse/delivery/packing departments.

I can't think of a order i've place where i'm eitehr missing items or gotten extra stuff I didn't order.

My dad ordered a few weeks back. They packed his stuff up, stuck the correct postage label on...they stuck it in another box with another order and sent it to some guy in Kent!

I ordered last week and for the 1st time every thing arrived...not a problem... 3 days later i get a call from my Dad asking if I had ordered any thing to his address (round the corner from my house). I said no? he said there was a package from AK for me.

So I pop over and open it up. The package had my name on it, my dads address but with my post code...? Inside was an invoice for some poor guy in Germany! With his order?

When trying to sort issues out like missing items from my actual orders I just get an apologies but we don't want to post the missing items to you because of the postage cost...

Son ya muchas las compras en esta página y seguiré comprando. Sus productos y publicaciones son geniales. Además tienen envío gratis por 30 euros de compra.

Great products at good prices, But of the 5 times I have ordered from them now 4/5 orders have missing items! I chase up where these missing items are and the do get back and I get a apologies but then they just give the option of a refund or they will send the item next time I order because they dont want to pay cost of postage!

Thing is I order these items with the idea of using them together so i end up being stuck with items I cant use because i'm missing the other item I need so i have to go buy else where and usualy at a higher price.

Now with my last order I'm missing a paint brush I ordered and im getting no response.

What ever happens this will be the last time i order, they are too unreliable with their packing.
