I’m absolutely loving my time at AK Active. The team is always encouraging and classes are fun whilst getting your endorphins going. While the nutrition discussions are really helpful passing on information and sharing recipes and ideas

Well, what can I say, apart from AK Active, has completely changed my life mentally and physically, i have not had so much fun in years whilst doing fitness, I'm so happy with my progress and I wouldn't of done it without the support that I got from everyone.

I am in week 2 of this wonderful experience. Thanks to the amazing support I am receiving from the AKActive team and other ladies I have regained my personal motivation to enhance my life and health both mental and physical. They are consummate but extremely empathetic and caring professionals. I have already lost 2Kg in weight, feeling more physically flexible and know my confidence is growing. I 1000% recommend this experience to all, get on board!

After having 2 babies in the past 5 years, I desperately wanted to get fitter and lose some weight to feel better in my own skin. Having completed the 6 week programme I can sincerely say that the results speak for themselves; 17lbs down and a dress size (almost 2) WOW!! What I didn’t expect was the friendships that came with it, and the support along the way. I can honestly say taking that time out to go to AK has been insane for my physical and mental health. I’m brighter, full of energy and other people are noticing a whole attitude change. I can eat well, make new friends and set goals for myself. Thank god I finally did it after all those years contemplating it, I’ve heard it time and time again, but why I haven’t done it sooner I’ll never know. There’s no time like the present 💪

Honestly what can I say they are just amazing , it’s built up my confidence and mental health so far , the sessions are just amazing.

AK Active has changed my life! The exercise sessions are fun and motivating, the people are lovely and the gym is not intimidating at all (unlike many others I've been to). Most importantly though, I've learned so much about nutrition, portion sizes, emotional eating and so much more! The knowledge that I've gained will stay with me forever and has already had a positive impact on my mindset and weightloss journey. I'm really thrilled that I discovered this little gem!

I’m so glad I joined AK Active! I have been with AK Active for 1 year now and can’t imagine attending any other gym. I joined with very little knowledge of exercise and I now feel much more confident working out. AK Active has not only made me more confident in my body but mentally too. Both Adam and Kimberly are very supportive and constantly pushing you to do your best!

AK Active is just the best decision I have made to start on my fitness journey.
The session are well thought and very well executed and there is a lot of support and motivation along the way.

It’s difficult to write everything in such a brief note. Health, Confidence and Fitness are the values that Adam and Kimberley want the gym to be, they along with everyone else do exactly that and more, it’s personal, tailored to you and welcoming but rewarding in every members success’ - if someone’s reading this and trying to determine if you should join or not - just do it, you won’t regret it. It’s become a positive addition to my everyday life and one that’s benefiting me ten fold, thanks guys.

Nearly finished my first full week with AK Active body confidence programme. Incredible support from Kimberly, Adam and team who are so welcoming and supportive. If you're considering making that new year's resolution to get fit with an easy to follow nutrition plan surrounded by like minded people then YOU should join AK ACTIVE. Thanks guys for a great first week even with all my aches and pains I have been able to adapt each session to suit me without feeling self conscious, or hopeless. Had my first session and was definitely a sweat-fest, but it was so nice to have so many supportive people around and come out feeling like I pushed myself and felt good for it. After years of trying gyms and doing at-home workouts, this is the first time I actually feel good after a workout. I'm genuinely looking forward to more 🥰

I've only just started my fitness journey at AK Active but I'm very motivated to do plenty of fun exercises and eat much healthier foods. I was very anxious to start however the staff (and other members) have all made me feel at ease. I've named my review fitness family because it feels like a very supportive little community, like a family, which is ace!

I did a kettlebells class this week and was worried I'd feel judged as I have back and joint problems but the staff were so helpful and simply aided me to do the best I could.

I'd highly recommend joining AK Active and I'm very excited to get back in shape and gain back my confidence... Bring on my next two sessions this week; boxercise and bootcamp!!

Honestly THE BEST decision I have ever made and my only regret is not doing it sooner… but as Adam and Kimberley would tell you “We only regret the chances we did not take” so I have no regrets here and now! I signed up for 6 week body confidence programme and have loved every single session. I’ve enjoyed feeling the changes not only in my physical health but my mental health too which is getting stronger by the week, so I am continuing as I don’t want to stop the way AK active and the support from them make me feel… so I’m starting 2023 with a positive attitude to fitness and nutrition and would highly recommend to anyone. My hardest thing was making THAT decision and everything after that just got better…

Before I joined AK Active I was feeling low,frustrated, defeated,incapable, self conscious, unhappy, alone and even lonely through self isolating.Now 6 wks on ,and 1st 6lbs lighter ! I know longer recognise the person I was. AK Active is not only a Gym its empowering, life changing,understanding, supportive,friendly, positive, non judgemental and is truely inspirational. In only 6 wks I've learnt alot about myself ,nutrition, how to lift and exercise safely and how to have fun !!! Never liked Gyms or exercise before but now I love and really enjoy AK Active its become my second home /family and I'm starting to really like the new me!

It's such a lovely place. I was low in confidence and have a lot weight to lose. When I first walked through the door people smiled at me as they did their class. This meant so much! I can't explain the friendliness and encouragement not just from Adam and Kimberly but all the lovely ladies in the classes. I'm so glad I went. I can't explain how or why but I feel like I fit in!! You have to try it to believe it.

AK Active is rare in the fitness world. Kimberley and Adam have created a fantastic, welcoming place for everyone (no matter what age or fitness level), to exercise in a supportive, fun environment. Their nutrition advice and Facebook group between session means that you always feel supported. They encourage you to have a positive mindset and even when you think you’ve got nothing left to give, you find yourself doing more with their support. It’s better than any gym!

I signed up with Adam & Kimberley to shed some baby weight. I also lost a lot of confidence after having my little girl and wanted to get a bit of 'me' back.
I've only been training with them for a few weeks & honestly feel like part of a family already.
The help you get in the classes is fab, you are taught the correct technique & the support is just brilliant.
They don't just throw a diet sheet at you & get you to attend the classes, if you need a chat they are there, there's also a great FB & WhatsApp group to give extra support.
