Do not work for this company. They have not paid me for the time I worked and now when I try to call no one is answering my calls. I either get a voicemail, or the agent tells me that they do not have anyone available to take my call and someone will give me a call back, but noone ever gives me a call back. I have been ghosted. They are not returning any emails I have sent and no phones calls have been returned. I am still waiting on my check since last Friday that was I was told would be mailed, but I have yet to have receive anything, and when I check the portal for my paystub it shows they did not pay for the correct hours. This company is unprofessional.

I was contacted by Kylee O’Brien, a recruiter from Akkodis (a subsidiary of The Adecco Group), about a full-time Dispute Resolution Specialist position with TMF Health Quality Institute . We had a scheduled Microsoft Teams meeting on April 30, 2025. During the meeting, Kylee stated that TMF was hiring 100 remote positions with several training cohorts still open. She told me I was a strong fit, no formal interview was required, and that I would receive two follow-up emails immediately after our meeting: (1) a written summary of what we discussed, and (2) an HR intake form.

I never received either of the promised emails. I followed up twice. My first message was ignored. More than 24 hours later, I received a vague message stating the hiring process was “paused” and the cohorts had been filled. However, I soon discovered that the job is still actively posted by TMF on LinkedIn and their own website—clearly contradicting the explanation I was given.

This recruiter misrepresented the opportunity, wasted my time, and may have attempted to collect personal information under false pretenses. While I withheld sensitive data, the experience was unethical and deeply frustrating. I am sharing this review so others know to be cautious when dealing with Akkodis recruiters, especially Kylee O’Brien (LinkedIn: linkedin / in /kyleeobrien).

The ghosting and disrespect has been other-level for me, it's been 3X just in the past month.
You think you're submitted-you reach out to the recruiter (who contacted you for the job) to verify, and they won't even reply to let you know as a courtesy.
I am kind, respectful, and patient to recruiters in light of their apathy.
Akkodis: you may be bigger now-but certainly not for the better.

Ich bin schon seit vielen Jahren im IT-Bereich tätig und wurde in der letzten Zeit auch das ein- oder ander Mal über Portale wie freelancermap.de von Akkodis mit konkreten Projektangeboten angeschrieben. Die Zusammenarbeit gestaltet sich hier jedoch absolut unprofessionell:
- Auf meine Antwort wird nicht reagiert.
- Der Ansprechpartner ist telefonisch erreichbar, auch eine hinterlassene Rüchrufbitte erfolgt nicht.
- Auf E-Mails wird meist gar nicht, oder wenn überhaupt dann nur sehr verzögert geantwortet.
Sollte man dann doch mal jemanden erreicht haben, können die Mitarbeiter keine weitere Auskunft geben oder mögliche Rückfragen beantworten.
- Man wird im weiteren Verlauf nicht über den Bewerbungsstatus informiert.
- Zugesagte Interviewtermine werden ohne Begründung abgesagt
- Eine Woche säter wird dann das Projekt abgesagt ("ist nicht mehr vakant")

Der Anbieter ist im Vergleich zu anderen Anbietern einfach nur schlecht, und man wird ständig nur hingehalten. Daher rate ich von diesem Anbieter ab.
