Following my application to the Istanbul Provincial Health Directorate, an investigation was conducted into the operations of Aksu Dental Art. As a result of this investigation, violations were established: an administrative fine has been imposed on the clinic, and the case materials have been forwarded to the financial authority.

Certain circumstances in this case have already received official confirmation.
​Since a facility's operations, record-keeping, and financial processes are interconnected components of providing medical services, the established violations are a significant element in evaluating the clinic's performance.

I was forced to turn to the competent authorities because attempts to resolve the situation directly with the clinic's representatives yielded no results. It is unfortunate that under such circumstances, a patient is compelled to spend resources not only on treatment but also on defending their name.

When a patient is a foreigner, it is easy to make bold public statements online, counting on the facts not being verified. However, in this case, the situation was evaluated by a state authority.

​While the clinic's representatives claim "transparency," the official investigation has documented violations. Anyone can independently review the documents and draw their own conclusions.

​Nearly two years have passed since my first visit to this clinic, but the consequences of their intervention remain a part of my life to this day.

​No official decisions can ever restore my health, the lost time, and what I have to go through every single day.

​I choose an exclusively official and legal path to resolve this matter.
