Helpful; easy to work with

The customer service people were very helpful and honest. I didn’t feel like they were trying to sell me something more than I wanted!

We are repeat clients of Maggie! She made certain our first experience with Holland America several years ago was the best, and we were delighted that she was able to help us again. (I kept her extension number!) Maggie is very patient and extremely knowledgable about the ships, sites, and experiences that make for a wonderful trip. Thanks, Maggie!

Very helpful. Emailed info we talked about after call but before booking cruise which other cruise booking companies did not do. This way we had something in writing when it came to making our decision. Was able to call same agent back and ask questions that I had not known to ask at the time or I could leave agent a message and received a call back each time. Very professional-would recommend this company to anyone.

This is my first time booking a cruise so I wanted everything to be as perfect as possible which means I know I was not the easiest customer to deal with. I actually changed my reservation twice within just a few days which I know is SUPER frustrating for everyone involved but I was treated with nothing but kindness and patience and I could not be more appreciative! Every single person I have talked to or emailed with has been beyond helpful and super super nice. I would recommend to ANYONE with full confidence. We called various cruise lines plus travel agencies, for a trip to Alaska. However, after calling Holland America and speaking with Gina Keliher, out of Arizona, we were convince we would go with Holland America. She was very attentive to our needs. She was very professional and courteous and most of all she wasn’t pushy. A 100% rating for Gina. I do hope our cruise trip will be the same.

Web site was easy to follow and had some very good information. The consultant, Robin Sherin, was very knowledgeable and helpful.

Website not user friendly. Couldn’t get it to book online. When I called customer service, she couldn’t find my saved itinerary. Finally got a booking. Customer service rep was friendly and helpful.

Initially flood you with more information than one needs Some times not to clear in explanations. When requesting clarifications not a full answer as they pay little attention to detail

Did not list us as seniors. Initially assigned us to one stateroom with 4 persons occupying it . We had that changed. Then they assigned us "Dining Table Size2" whatever that means (not clear) however we are 4 persons.

Frankley, of all the oher cruises we have taken (including 2 with the same Holland American Line) this has been the most frustrating -- sine all others had been straight forward.

I called to find out about a cruise in May for an Alaska Cruise with hotel and airfare. I spoke to April. I told her exactly what we were looking for and she told she would e-mail me the possible options. She never followed through. She completely wasted my time! I would not recommend going through her.
