Have been making vacation plans with Alaska Cruises for many years. Our travel agent (Philip Prager) is the BEST!!

Wasn't the lowest fare. Although the refund was prompt, they charged a "rebooking" fee.

Holly has done a great job helping us to make decisions about our vacation so far so good

Carol was extremely patient and helpful and, so far, I would recommend this company.

The rates at AlaskaCruises.com were almost 50% lower than two other sites I contacted. Add in the great service from the agent and it's unbeatable.
Agent Maggie B. was very patient with all my questions and informative about the ship as she'd been on board herself. She was also able to give me info on the excursions which was very helpful. Agents at two other sites were surly and couldn't answer questions.

Montana from Alaskacruise has just been outstanding travel agent. The best customer service I have ever seen in any industry period. I used to run large customer service organizations for large corporations and I could only dream to have top performers have a fraction of the passion she had for creating an absolutely 100% positive experience. She was patient, did a lot of research on various things to do, spent infinite amount of time catering to all our needs. She is just amazing and honestly is the role model for any one in customer service across industries. Outstanding job and alaskacruises, you are very lucky to have her and you’ll be a great company as long as you groom these naturally born gifted individuals - thank you

The travel agent that booked this cruise for us is terrible. As soon as our credit card was charged she has not returned calls. We are traveling with friends and informed her of many of our needs, such as aisle seats on the aircraft, process for carrying medications etc., and she does not return calls.

I hope she does not represent Norwegian Cruise Lines, if this is the case, I have a great deal of intrepidation regarding my upcoming cruise experience.

It has been difficult to get any information on the confirmation of my trip. I received an email -but wanted to speak with someone about the reservation and have found the hours to be terrible to navigate on west coast time.

I have Historically never liked using a travel agent, but Kate was so informative,responded so quickly to every question,I had no choice but to book through Alaska cruises! It was a stress free experience!

Ian Simmons was friendly courteous, and very helpful. He was very thorough with answers to any of my questions and quick to reply to any request. This is my 2nd booking with WMPH and most likely not my last.

I found it hard to find a way to pay off my balance. I entered my confirmation #. But the site said it was invalid

I felt I bombarded our agent, Sherief, with a million questions (and I still have more!) as we are in the early phase of having finally secured arrangements. She had answers for them all and, additionally, has volunteered so much information. In every interaction she has been extremely pleasant, patient and fun. She has made it feel as though I’m talking with a friend, all the while maintaining an air of professionalism. If there’s another cruise in our future, I’ll be calling Sherief!
