Quick to give updates via email. Fairly quick turn around time between ordering and receiving the messenger bag- especially considering the great distance it was traveling! The messenger bag itself is well made, high quality leather, well conditioned, and a sturdy construction. The only thing I would change about it is the Velcro connector for the laptop sleeve within the bag. I personally don’t like the look or sound of Velcro. But other than that the bag is a high quality product and my husband is very happy with it!

The overal quality of the leather is satisfying. Unfortunately, the quality of the finish is disapointing. There is a big stain on the front panel. It looks like the person doing the finishing touch rubbed the leather a bit to hard. The bag does the job ot is supposed to do. I will keep it like that in hopes thst the color will eventualy change and that tje leather will age correctly. However, because of the lack of quality in the finishing of the product, I will jot recommend it to my friends or coworkers.

The leather bag is perfect for a professional man who wants to look cutting edge while protecting his laptop and files without looking like he is carrying a purse.

My last leather backpack lasted for almost 25 years. I purchased one as close to what I originally had as possible. I immediately remembered the smell of new leather when I rec'd the new one. (I bought the Anderson) So far it is has not disappointed! Plenty of room for everything. (They said be as honest as possible so if there was one thing I would change would be to make the pockets a tiny bit larger. 10% would be more than adequate. I know leather gets softer after time, so just have to use it more often). I have gotten tons of compliments and have recommended ALC to all my friends. You won't be disappointed with the quality/shipping. I live in HI and had mine in less than a week and FedEx was a day late from their original delivery date. Oh, and they come inside a nice drawstring bag to use for whatever.

They communicated every step with me. I had the bag debossed. Unfortunately there was a mistake on the lettering. They were very understanding and ended up redoing the item. They sent me the new item with perfect lettering and without an issue. Thank you!!

Backpack made extremely well. Great price for an excellent bag

I ordered a satchel for my son. He loves it! We had only one issue - whomever was in charge of transcribing the information for his address did not accurately transcribe it. However, customer service was on it and we were able to figure things out with the delivery company. The product is beautiful and he loves it!

Got the Coleman as a gift for my brother and he loves it. He travels a lot and he liked everything about the duffle bag. Perfect for a weekend trip.
Waited a bit (around 2 weeks) for it to be delivered since the size was not available on hand but I didn't mind. Customer support was very responsive and a tracker was provided so you know the progress on the delivery.
Overall satisfied with the service and more importantly the quality of their bags.
