The correspondence for my special request and clear update to know the status of my order. Sarah was outstanding with her customer service support. Thank you. Product quality is top notch and the finishing is fantastic. They could improve on their packaging of their product as the bag I ordered came in this beautiful drawstring canvas bag but it was obvious that it was too tightly packed and caused the bag to cramp and crease. Just a little bigger bag would have been better.

Ordering was easy. I was a bit worried that delivery would be delayed since it was being shipped from the other side of the world, but the product arrived after a few days, which was fine. The leatherwork is very nice and in the perfect casual style to suit my daily commute.

The customer service journey was fantastic - always responsive to my emails and requests. The product was delivered ahead of the requested schedule. The quality of the bag is superb and it made a wonderful gift.

They were quick, the product was as I requested, and arrived promptly after final confirmation. Product was not sent from USA, but Pakistan. I don't know if this is logistical or if the production is actually there.

I’m an airline pilot who loves leather products and just began flying with the Ferguson leather flight bag. It looks and feels like quality, the leather is good to the touch and interior space is enough to fit an iPad, headsets, cases, documents and logbook, safety vest and more. I often get compliments from other pilots and gladly refer to the store.

Excellent leather backpack with just the right amount of front pockets to keep my things organized...also I love that when the backpack is full it stands up...that makes a huge difference...leather is great and soft but durable.
Will buy from again.

Great quality! Very surprised and happy with the quality of the bag! Just a heads up, this does ship directly out of China and the communication is not always timely, but I would actually purchase from them again. I’m very happy!

Bag is black... almost entirely. I like it, but not sure why the effort to put brown accects, as they are not noricable. This is a black bag. Not black with brown. Not purple. Just black. I haven't used it yet, but the quality is good.

After the drop-down buckle on the leather backpack I purchased randomly broke, Alaskan Leather shipped me a new buckle to easily install myself free of charge (rather than going through the tedious shipping process of replacing the entire bag). It was the perfect solution and I commend Alaskan Leather's great customer service in addition to their quality leather.

Ordered a very unique leather backpack and it arrived quickly and was not only what I expected but it was better. This is high quality leather and there is no weird smell, just the smell of quality leather. The product is so unique and I am very pleased with my order. Would definitely order from this company again.
