Terrible quality and took 45 days to arrive. The "soft" sweatshirt hoodies are made of polyester and the sleeves are extremely short.

I ordered what looked like a soft wooden sweater and received a bulky, cheaply sewn polyester jacket that was nothing like the picture.
I also ordered a linen sheet set and have not received in over six weeks. Tracking through Shop is vague and I have no idea if it will be received.

I bought a cardigan sweater and wanted to exchange it for a larger size. It was impossible to contact the company for instructions to return and reorder. In fact, it was impossible to contact them period. The cardigan was poorly made, the description of the product was incorrect ,the silhouette was exaggerated and the sweater overall was very poor quality.

Took 6 weeks & now they are saying it was delivered. Delivery not recived, company just keep telling me to “look” for a parcel or report to police. No delivery receipt or email stating parcel delivered.

I ordered 3 sweaters back in December and never received anything. I finally disputed the charge on my capital one card (they get 5 stars for prompt and kind customer service) and received a refund from the credit card. Never received an email reply from the Alaura company. Two months and nothing.

Should be a zero. DO NOT PURCHASE. This company sends out poor quality and sizes are not what they say. They do not respond to email. Should have their online ability to sell revoked. I’m reporting them to BBB and pissed consumer.

This company is a scam. The sweater that I ordered arrived looking homemade with no tags and one sleeve shorter than the other. They make it impossible to return. DO NOT ORDER FROM THIS COMPANY

I ordered a beautiful Camilla sweater. The product came. It did not match the photo at all. It’s a completely different sweater. They want to refund me only 20%. I don’t want this sweater. It’s not what I ordered. I contacted my Visa company and told them to refund my money. From what I’ve read from the rest of you sounds like a good plan

I wish I could give zero stars, this company is a scam, you will not be able to return items. Quality is terrible also.

Stay away from this company. I cancelled my order after waiting more than two weeks for the order to arrive. They didn’t even ship my order, because I never received an email telling me you my order is on the way which you informed me would happen. Out of £79.99 you have taken £60 and only refunded me £19.99. Your thieves and I’m gonna make sure everybody knows, your clothes on your website are expensive and they look lovely but all you are is thieves.

Worthless things. I received after 2 weeks and when I opened it, one of them was broken and only one had sound in it. Before I received it they were very responsive but as I made the complaint they stopped answering the email.

I would give the zero if I could. I received the earbuds and decided to return them, I contacted the company to start the process, they were very responsive then. Once I sent the item back (which btw was expensive) I got confirmation from the postal service that the package was received and now the company does not answer any emails or has provided any refund.

Hasn't been a good experience. The item was faulty after few uses in less than a month and I am trying to organise a solution with the company as the product has a warranty but they are basically telling me I need to pay the shipping back which will cost me same or more than the products price refunded.

Im so mad.

I received my order at time! Support answers very quickly 💯 & the earbuds are a real gem! I can swim with them all day long ( for me they stand between 4/5 hours continue play )
