Guy conducted our survey as first-time buyers, we found the Level 3 house survey to be an extremely valuable and reassuring part of the process. The report itself was thorough, clear, and easy to understand.
What we particularly appreciated was the follow-up call after we received the survey. Taking the time to talk everything through which made a huge difference and we appreciated all of the tips for future Guy gave. 100% would recommend.

Through SAM conveyancing, I engaged Albright Surveyors to do a building survey. The surveyors organised the survey very quickly were professional throughout. Their report was quite detailed and it met our expectations.

On requesting a quote, I had a call and email outlining the services and price within an hour. The survey was then booked in within 3 workning days. On the day of the survey, the surveyor gave me a call to give me the headlines and gave me the opportunity to ask any questions. He promised the report would be prepared within 5 working days - we received it after 3. Great service - would definitely recommend.

Great service from start to finish. I had instructed Albright Surveyors to conduct a Level 2 (Homebuyer) report. It was scheduled within one week. The Surveyor called me directly after he was done with his work to provide initial feedback on key areas. Report followed within 4 working days and is very detailed. Very happy with their service and I would highly recommend.
