They provided a very detailed report that included lots of photos to help us review the report. we were kept up to date with when the survey would be completed and the progress of the report afterwards. An easy company to deal with.

Very happy with the thorough yet level‑headed survey by Lawsons. Dan focused on what genuinely mattered without getting bogged down in trivial or inconsequential details, which we really appreciated as buyers. A significant issue was identified early, allowing us to bring in an engineer and contractor to resolve it promptly. Communication was good, with Dan responding promptly to our followup questions after the survey. Overall, a professional, sensible, and reassuring experience.

Fabulous experience with Dan. We are purchasing a period property having been in a new build, and his thorough report highlighted so many areas to be aware of! 100% worth getting the report to help navigate pitfalls and ask further questions of our seller. Dan was also on hand to give us verbal advice to help prioritise the work we could do, to match our budget. No question was too much trouble and he also offered to liaise with our builder and trades people if required! Super service and very reasonable turnaround to get our full report. Highly recommend!
