Hi Hans,

Thank you very much for your 5-star review and, especially, for being our customer for several years. We truly appreciate it!

It’s great to hear that you have found our service reliable and our packaging professionally done over the years.

We also completely understand your point regarding home delivery and receiving a more precise notification before arrival. Unfortunately, Alcocentrum is not involved in the transportation itself, so we are unable to influence the practices of the carrier’s local delivery driver or the timing of their notifications. These arrangements are handled entirely by the transport company.

Nevertheless, your suggestion is a very reasonable one – knowing the approximate delivery time a couple of hours in advance would certainly make receiving the shipment much easier.

Thank you again, Hans, for your long-standing trust and for taking the time to share such constructive feedback.

Best regards,
Alcocentrum Team

Hei Osmo,

Kiitos viidestä tähdestä! 😊

Hi Emma,

Thank you for your feedback. We’re sorry that the best-before date of the beers was shorter than you expected.

The beers were delivered on 3 September with a best-before date of 16 December 2026, so there were still more than three months remaining. We would also like to clarify that these beers are delivered to our warehouse fresh from the producer every week, so they are not products that have been sitting in our warehouse for a long time.

Naturally, we only sell products that are within their valid best-before date. We do understand, however, that you may have expected a longer shelf life, and we appreciate you bringing this to our attention.

Best regards,

Hei Matti,
