Wrong Item was Shipped - Zero resolution
I placed an order for a steam hair straightener. I received a model that does not include the steam functionality. They shipped the wrong item.
When I brought this to their attention (they only have email, no phone, and only answer on weekends, so this was very drawn out) they offered a 10% refund. They say they ship UPS, but did not, and would not offer a return shipping label. They upped the refund offer to 20%.
It was only after I pushed for them to send the correct item at no charge as this was their error that they offered a 30% refund. That was the best I could do. The alternative was for me to pay to return this item to China at MY expense. So, I paid 70% for an item I have no use for. DO NOT recommend this company.
