I placed an order for a steam hair straightener. I received a model that does not include the steam functionality. They shipped the wrong item.
When I brought this to their attention (they only have email, no phone, and only answer on weekends, so this was very drawn out) they offered a 10% refund. They say they ship UPS, but did not, and would not offer a return shipping label. They upped the refund offer to 20%.
It was only after I pushed for them to send the correct item at no charge as this was their error that they offered a 30% refund. That was the best I could do. The alternative was for me to pay to return this item to China at MY expense. So, I paid 70% for an item I have no use for. DO NOT recommend this company.

I purchased a coat from this website & it LOOKS nothing like the photo SO I asked for a FREE RETURN as stated in their website, they emailed me saying they do not DO returns & I wouldn’t be receiving a refund.. i was SHOCKED??? They are a scam, they use Pinterest to promote their store. They will not refund you OR help with a return- let alone a FREE return, they STOP replying & do not care about stealing from their customers.

This must be a Shopify store with a person who couldn’t care less about the quality & customer service.

ALSO THEY PURPOSELY TOOK OFF THIER WEBSITE REVIEW OPTION… DO not buy from this online store. I lost $90 :(
