Late delivery and refused refund
I placed an order on 23/12 with an estimated delivery time of 2â4 working days, but it was only delivered on 16/01, almost a month later.
During the delay, I explicitly informed the company that I would no longer be in the country and asked for the delivery to be cancelled with the courier. This was ignored, and the parcel was still delivered.
I am a tourist, I do not live in the UK, and I will not return to collect a product that should not have been delivered in the first place.
Despite the excessive delay and the delivery being made against my instructions, the company is now refusing to issue a refund.
Very disappointing customer service and poor handling of a clear delivery failure.

Oh well, you live and learn. Poor communication of progress. First try of gradient lenses. Despite the hype they are totally unsuitable. Have to dip my chin just to see ahead in focus. No real transition from distance to near. May as well have bought bifocals. £220 wasted.

Alensa had them for 50% off retail and at least a 25% better deal than the nearest rival. I'm always worried about where things ship from when the deal seems too good to be true. I can report the glasses arrived exactly as expected, I have three other pairs from the same brand, the quality is exactly the same, alleviating any concern of authenticity. No small amount of money either. Delivery was fast too. Pleasantly surprised, I'll definitely buy from them again.

Great Prices and quality contact lenses. I have been using Alensa as contact lenses supplier a while now. Very happy with their service. I use daily Dailies TOTAL1 Multifocal. A bit more expensive than the others but they are the most comfortable, for dry eyes all day lenses I have experienced so far and I have tried many other brands, the 1 Day Acuvue Moist Multifocal are the second best.
