I ordered 2 kg of beef online, but when it arrived, more than 1 kg was just bones. Even those bones had already been cleaned, with almost all the meat removed. This is completely misleading and feels like a scam. Al Fathe is deceiving customers, and it seems like no one is holding them accountable. I would not recommend ordering from them.

When ever I do online order and even after paying for delivery charges they still ask you to. Come and collect. This happend with me more then couple of time. Now I will never order alfatah.
Terrible services.

My experience with Alfatah Electronics has been quite disappointing. Here’s why:

They charge 2.5% extra if you choose to pay via credit or debit card, whether online or in-store. This is essentially passing on the bank's transaction fees to the customer, which is unethical for a retailer of their scale.

When you pay by card, they claim it takes 2–3 days to confirm the payment, and only after that will they process the order. But unless you proactively call or WhatsApp them, you're left in the dark — they don’t provide this information upfront or follow up with updates.

Their prices are consistently higher than market rates. Even their so-called promotional prices are misleading — they inflate the “original” price just to make it look like a discount, when in reality the product is often cheaper elsewhere without any promotion.

And to top it off, they charge for delivery as well, despite the already inflated product pricing.

Verdict:
Between the hidden fees, lack of transparency, delayed processing, and overpriced products, I can’t recommend Alfatah Electronics. There are far more trustworthy and competitive options available in the market. Shop elsewhere and save yourself the trouble.
